Welcome to our stunning 3 bedroom home in one of the best parts of Sliema.
With its prime location just steps away from the breathtaking Coast, this is the perfect place to experience all that Malta has to offer!
Step inside & be greeted by the stylishly furnished living room with sofa and TV with access to the front balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
Also included are 3 large, comfy bedrooms making it perfect for short/long term stays.
Enjoy the use of the High-Speed Wifi & AC.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, two of them feature a double bed while the other bedroom includes has two single beds.
Bathrooms | 2, one of them is an ensuite and has a shower while the main bathroom includes a bathtub.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
