I present to you our gem and precious love “Mares Tropical”. Immerse in the wonders of the gorgeous mountain view of the coastal town of Naguabo, Puerto Rico, five minutes away from the Caribbean seaside boardwalk of El Malecon where you will experience breathtaking moments while enjoying the sound of the waves with a variety of divine land and sea gastronomic options and cocktails experiences.

The Space:
The house is suitable to comfortably accommodate a family up to 6 people wanting to be in a relax neighborhood, with the gorgeous view of the mountain, but center to amazing tourist locations (beaches, rivers, etc.), close to restaurants and the main highway. The house is fully furnished with new furniture and appliances in all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry. The master bedroom has a queen bed, tv, lots of closet space (on each room), and clothing cabinet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a night table. The third bedroom counts with a full bed, night table and a working desk. The dining room and living room connect to each other making this a cozy open space where you can have a nice meal, watch tv or enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, coffee, or a great cocktail. Exiting through the kitchen door, you will find the patio area where you have access to a washer, dryer, and an outdoor sink. Each of the two bathrooms have body wash and shampoo. The house is fully equipped with brand new A/C’s consoles in each of the three bedrooms and one in the dining-living room area, self-entry smart lock, Wi-Fi, water heater, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and board games. There is parking space in the private driveway beside the main entrance of the house, and additional parking space on the street right in front of the house. For security purposes only, the property counts with outdoor security cameras (the cameras are not monitored while guests are staying over).

Each reservation is subject to a rental agreement that needs to be signed, dated, and returned no later than 48 hours before the check in. Once the reservation is made, I will contact you and request an email address to send the rental agreement.

Refundable Insurance Deposit:
Each reservation is subject to a $300 insurance deposit for any damage, or extra fees needed to be charge following the rental agreement guidance. The insurance deposit will be fully refunded after the guest have checkout of the property, the inspection is made, and no damage or discrepancies are found.
