away. Lots of authentic Puerto Rican Food restaurants and great sea food walking distance away. Short Drive from El MalecĂłn with the best sea food in the east. Kayaking, Hiking or Mountain Biking in the natural reserve walking distance away. 45 minutes from San Juan and El Yunque Rain Forest. 15 minutes from Palmas Del Mar which has a beach and great different vibes of restaurants.

Great place to bring mother in law, who lived in this neighborhood 64 years ago with her husband, who was a scientist on Monkey Island back then. Welcoming atmosphere and everything we needed. Thanks

Place was alright but the owner was pushy for me to stay another night that I never agreed on

The owner added another night by themselves after me asking what another night would cost I I clearly told him after HE HIMSELF BOOKED IT that it was a misunderstanding on his end and wants me to pay for his mistake I checked out when I was supposed to on the 29th 10:52 am

Great Stay In Punta Santiago

Our House very near the beach in Punta Santiago on the eastern shore of Puerto Rico was wonderful. The accommodations were excellent making for a comfortable stay for myself and 4 friends. All the amenities listed were first rate as was the location. We were close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico with the El Yunque Rain Forest and beaches below in Luqueno about a 40-minute drive away. Access to the home was very easy as was the communications with our host. My friends and I highly recommend the Pillars of the East Beach House. Paul

The first impression was a little disappointed. As we opened the door the first thing my daughter saw was a roach. Please try to fumigate more often.Another thing is we communicated to the host that we would be checking in around midnight. On the way to the house, I was looking for a place to buy some water/milk/juice, but everything was closed at that hour. It would have been really nice if the host would have left some water bottles for us, just saying...

The house was in good shape and clean. There are some minor issues that need to be addressed. there is a small leak on ceiling area in kitchen. one faucet handle in bathroom sink does not work. evrything else is good.

Kenneth was absolutely fantastic to work with! Everything was in great condition. Everything we needed was there. We had the BEST week we've had in a long time. Me and my father refurbished and remade my grandmothers old beach house, and decided to become hosts in Airbnb. We both live out the island but we travel back in forth constantly. We would love to have you as our guests here right in front of the beach and small paradise that is our great island Puerto Rico!

Those Greek Pillars Are Something Unique in the property! No other house in the area has anything similar to that. The inside is also renovated and larger than all houses nearby. The extra bathroom and laundry room as well.
