The apartment is an old typical and colonial colombian house which has been completely renovated recently. It's located in a very quiet, residential and safe neighborhood. It's very close to the famous "Laureles" district full of nice restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the house you can find the colombian "tienda" and supermarket.
The apartment is on 2 levels. It has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms ; one kitchen fully equipped ; 1 living room; 1 dining room;1 laundry; 1 terrace with a beautiful view. Towels and bedsheets are provided. The place is full of light thanks to the many windows.

We stayed at Giulio’s as a home base for our first five weeks in Medellín. We liked it so much we asked him if we could stay longer. The apartment is interesting and historic, with a great location in a traditional neighborhood close to Laureles. We really enjoyed, thank you!

Very quite and cute house

It's the two upper floors of a very cute house in a quiet neighborhood. I love how quiet and peaceful it was, but also not too far from amenities. It was a short walk to Mall Laureles. It has a washing machine, and a cute little patio and a full kitchen, though I didn't cook while there. The wifi worked perfectly. The host was great, and checked in on me frequently. There was a small issue with hot water but he was on it. Definitely recommend.

Great stay in Medellin

We loved staying in Giulio’s house in Medellin. There’s plenty of space and a lovely outside patio. We discovered an amazing place just a few blocks away called Genetica del cafe. Delicious coffee, croissants, yogurt fruit bowls, waffles etc and friendly staff. Thank you, Giulio, for your hospitality.

Clean and quiet neighborhood

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Giulios property. It was clean, quiet in a very nice neighborhood. I also liked that the house was within walking distance of a main road with many businesses, restaurants and public transportation. Additionally, Giulio the owner communicated well with me, I appreciated him and I would definitely stay at La America again. Thank you
