Eclectic modern victorian large city central flat
The flat is stylishly decorated with an eclectic feel throughout providing a unique Brighton living experience. The flat has a large through front room, dining area and conservatory perfect for groups, wooden floorboards, exposed brickwork and decorated in a unique original style. The hallways are carpeted and although we only have one bathroom it is very large with a separate shower and bath, plus a dressing table outside the bathroom to get ready for your night out in brighton. The 3 bedrooms are individually styled. The master has an armchair bed alongside the double for extra guests and the upstairs palm room has 4 singles that can also be converted back to a double bedroom upon request. The flat is geared toward 8 people but using the sofa beds and armchair bed can hold up to 13, (extra guests would be required to pay an extra fee- £50 per person) The kitchen is compact but perfectly equipped and was used daily to feed a family of six, includes all kitchenware required, an illy coffee machine and a tumble dryer is on site to. The flat is above BLOCK bar and restaurant Catering can be arranged for you in the flat's dining room through us, supplied by block bar restaurant. You will also receive priority tables for reservations in Block bar, downstairs with 15% discount on food and drink sundays. Kemptown is without a doubt Brighton's most vibrant part and is really the heart of the city. The flat is situated on it's most famous street, with a buzzing nightlife scene, quality restaurants, pubs and cocktail bars. The flat is extremely central, and is in walking distance to all the best spots. The Pier and seafront is a 3 minute walk, the town centre and laines is 5 minutes walk, and the quaint Kemptown Village is a 15 minute walk.
