The property is thoughtfully distributed to provide both communal gathering spaces and private retreats throughout its interior.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dedicated dining room, and an additional dining area with a table and a kitchen corner. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 16 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom complete with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a direct exit leading to the patio and swimming pool.

The upper level offers a large double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, along with 3 additional double bedrooms. A further double bedroom with its own shower, bidet, and WC is also present on this floor, in addition to 9 rooms each fitted with 2 single beds of 90 cm width, and 1 room with 3 beds.
