We never stayed here

We left after 2 hours and spent that night in a hotel. This was advertised as a stunning residence, but was dirty and well worn. After 2 weeks we are still waiting to hear back from VRBO about our claim for refund which we lodged that night. We took another VRBO in the same area which is exceptionally nice.
