La estancia fue buena, sin embargo, querían hacernos un cargo extra de la electricidad, el cual NUNCA se mencionó a la hora de hacer la reserva. Además de que en el anuncio oficial del departamento, dice claramente: “no extra charges” por lo que no deberían de habernos pedido ningún pago extra después de que se completó el pago de la reservación. Algo importante a considerar.

Lamentablemente, esta ha sido una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido como anfitriones. El apartamento fue dejado en muy malas condiciones de limpieza y conservación. Además, la huésped se marchó sin abonar la ecotasa, un impuesto turístico obligatorio en las Islas Baleares que se informa de forma clara y expresa en el anuncio, ni el coste de la electricidad consumida (22,40 €), un cargo que también figura claramente especificado en las condiciones del alojamiento. Actualmente estamos tramitando la correspondiente reclamación a través de VRBO. No recomendaríamos a esta huésped a otros anfitriones.

The place was terrific overall. The location could not have been better and the communication with the host was outstanding. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the amenities, and I would give it 4-1/2 stars, if I could. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc…., but I would just say be prepared to go get some of the basics, if you want those (like facial tissues, laundry detergent, paper towels, shampoo, soap for showers, spices). There was one small shower towel and one small hand towel for each of us for our stay; a container of crackers and a carton of milk, and one small trash bag, but otherwise there wasn’t much in the place to use. The host communicates very well about the additional charge for electricity and the eco tax. In case it helps you budget, we were there 4 days in the summer (it was about 90 degrees each day we were there) and our electric bill was an additional 33 Euro’s.I hope to come back to visit again and this place was overall outstanding
