Beautiful Sea front apartment, overlooking the bay , only a few steps from beach. The apartment has air conditioned and heating in all rooms and is ideal to spend any time of the year. The spacious living area consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with laundry and lounge-diner with sea views and french windows opening to a beach front terrace. From the terrace a spiral stair case leads to a private roof terrace with sun beds .

Rafa was a very helpful and welcoming host, the apartment is very spacious and in a great spot with an amazing view. We were staying out of season early Dec 25 but still had a lovely stay using PP as a base to explore the North of the island, we had a hire car and it was nice the apartment had its own undercover parking space.

Best place to stay!

We had a great time in Port de Pollenca. The hosts are really kind, the apartment was clean and looks exactly like on the pictures. The highlight is of course the ocean view. We will come back for sure. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic Trip

Would recommend this property to anyone staying in Puerto de Pollensa. From the point of booking through until arrival at the property the communication from the owners was very quick and helpful. All rooms were very clean and as described and the view from the balcony/terrace is amazing. The apartment is in a fantastic location overlooking the beach with shops within 2 minute walk and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. We look forward to returning

A lovely apartment, great location!

The apartment is located just across from the beach - great to be able to sit on the balcony with a drink and watch your kids on the beach! The apartment is clean and tidy, and supplied with all the cleaning bits and bobs you dont want to bother carrying. The owner was helpful and contacted us before our arrival to confirm the time of arrival and departure. I would recommend this property - although if you are using the local shops next to the building I would avoid the nearest shop - poor stock rotation and gone off milk!

Stunning Puerto Pollensa apartment

We stayed here for 1 week at the end of July 2022. Firstly the photos on VRBO do not do this beautiful apartment justice. The views are just amazing. It is very spacious and has a brand new kitchen. It was spotlessly clean. We loved the location right on the beach and because it’s 5 mins walk from the harbour it’s nice and quiet. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, and we would not hesitate to return. It is on the top floor so also has access to it’s own sun terrace. The contact with the owner was good from the time of booking until we left.

Überraschung- dieser Ausblick😁

Wir genossen jeden Sonnenaufgang sowie Untergang. Die Lage zum Strand einfach bestens. Die Wohnung ist super geräumig, mit tollen Balkon und Terrasse. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Empfang von Rafa, der uns auch jederzeit zur Seite stand bei Fragen und Ratschlägen, danke dafür. Einige kleine Make over arbeiten in der Wohnung wären meiner Meinung nach notwendig. Trotz allledem , nur zu empfehlen.

Tolles Apartment in super Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem tollen Apartment verbracht. Der Blick direkt auf den Strand ist wunderschön und man freut sich jeden Morgen wieder aus dem großen Fenster zu schauen. Von der Ausstattung her ist sowohl im Apartment selbst als auch in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, inklusive einer kleinen Sammlung von Gewürzen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem der Gastgeber, der bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung steht und uns mit Restauranttipps versorgt hat!

Fantastische Ferienwohnung in unglaublicher Lage.

Wir fahren nun schon seit über zehn Jahren nach Port de Pollenca und waren in verschiedenen Unterkünften. Diese ist bisher mit Abstand die beste. Die Fotos werden der Wohnung eigentlich nicht gerecht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist spektakulär. Der Balkon ist dabei sehr geschützt und hervorragend möbliert, so dass man hier prima den Sonnenaufgang, das Frühstück und das Abendessen genießen kann. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder mit Wanne und drei Schlafzimmer. Es gibt reichlich Schränke. Außerdem gibt es eine große Dachterasse. Das Wohnzimmer hat ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht und bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Küche ist neu und vollständig ausgestattet, inkl Geschirrspüler. Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine, was praktisch war. Allgemein ist die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und dekoriert. Es ist nicht alles brandneu, aber absolut sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter stellten uns freundlicherweise auch Strandtücher zur Verfügung und es gab zwei bequeme Strandstühle. Der Weg zum Strand könnte nicht kürzer sein und auch die Stadt mit Restaurants, Jachthafen usw. ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Zusätzlich gehört noch ein überdachter Stellplatz zur Wohnung, was für uns als Mietwagennutzer sehr angenehm war.

Geräumiges Appartement in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hat echte drei Schlafzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche, zwei Bäder. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Zwischendurch wurde einmal gereinigt und Wäsche getauscht. Ein überdachter Parkplatz gehört dazu. Das Objekt ist schon etwas älter, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Beste aber ist die Lage in erster Reihe, der riesige Balkon und dann gehört auch noch eine Dachterrasse dazu. Heizung, Klima und Kamin sind top. Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan. Bis zum Hafen ca. 600 m Promenade. Insgesamt sehr, sehr empfehlenswert !

Catalina and her son kept in touch regularly to arrange someone to meet us, even though in early hours of the morning. Very helpful and allowed us to stay an extra hour or two on last day. Pleasure to rent from and would definitely return. Lovely apartment. Stunning views.

It would have been 5* but the hob didn't work. I do understand that it was the Easter holiday and it was difficult to get an engineer. The views are stunning & we will return.

Sehr sauber und schön, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen

ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Appartment mit großem Balkon und zusätzlicher Dachterasse. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, gute Ausstattung mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Aber ich denke einige Dinge müssten vielleicht doch mal ausgetauscht werden.

Great location as a base for cycling holiday, stunning view over the beach/bay. 5 min walk for for shops/restaurants . Apartment has everything you need for a great holiday, Owner was very responsive to questions etc and was there to meet us when we arrived and explain about the apartment.Will book apartment again for our next cycling trip

Estancia perfecta!

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos dias en el puerto de pollensa y disfrutar de unas vistas increibles, pasamos horas mirando por la ventana! La casa esta limpisima, con todo lo necesario para poder estar largas estancias, es muy amplia y comoda. La atencion de Catalina, estupenda! Sin duda intentaremos volver!

Fantastic apartment and superb owner

The apartment was fantastic, exactly as described and the location was perfect for long sunny days on the beach. It was very close to the restaurants of Port de Pollenca but not too close that there was any noise of a nighttime. The owner Catalina was there to meet us and show us around and was always available on the phone should we ever have a question, great service!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
