Bay House is set on a quiet track road in the countryside of Pollensa, Mallorca. Pull up to this property and see the large, immaculate lawns filled with Bougainvillea flowers and palm trees. This is all surrounded by stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains. Bay House offers the perfect balance of rural seclusion and proximity to the famous towns of Alcudia and Port de Pollenca. Both are just a ten minute drive away.

The outdoor areas benefit from a brick built barbecue, fitted with a sink and a large round table to entertain eight. Listen to the music of the Mallorcan birds whilst lounging poolside by the diamond-shaped pool with stone steps. Those with a competitive side may enjoy a game of table tennis.The gym is a unique feature of this villa. It is fitted with all of the essential equipment and built with an adjoining shower room.

The villa is all one floor and contains a modern kitchen with long table, a comfortable open plan dining-living room with a splash of colour. There are three free standing bathrooms (showers only) one of them is outside the house and four bedrooms (two double rooms and two twin bedrooms) – each bedroom is air conditioned. Two also have a ceiling fan plus access to the garden.
Within a fifteen minute walk from Bay House is Playa Can Cap Bou, a calm and uncrowded beach. We recommend car hire at this villa, as a short drive will find you located right within the action of two of Mallorca’s most famous towns: Alcudia and Port de Pollenca.nbsp; They have beautiful beaches, traditional restaurants and plenty of shops.

For a family looking for a private and fun-filled holiday in the Spanish sun, the Bay House is ideal.

Villa Bayhouse is a wonderful holiday location. The owner is extremely nice and the team was very helpful. It's a perfect setting to spend your holiday and relax in an outstanding, quiet garden. All was very clean and in a good condition. The property is very close to Pollenca and as well to Alcudia. You won't be disappointed. So there is nothing to complain about. Go a head an book your stay.....:-)

Really enjoyed the villa which had beautiful gardens and pool. It was very well appointed and clean but slightly disappointed one of the three bathrooms was in the gym and in a separate building. Also it would have been nice if there had been toilet roll, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and tablets tennis balls which we had to buy on day1. That said we would still recommend the villa, had a great holiday and would return another time.

Amazing Villa with plenty of space and beautiful gardens in a very quiet area, overlooked by the mountains. The pool was a hit with all the family. A car is needed, but local supermarkets and the incredible beach at Porta Pollenca are only a short drive away. The Sunvillas team were brilliant with their communication from start to finish, and replied with any requests within a few minutes. We had a power cut and issues with wasps during the week, and the owner came out straight away to fix both. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Villa. Grosser Garten und Pool. Ideal gelegen für Besuche in Alcudia und Pollenca. Ganz nettes und unkompliziertes Reinigungspersonal. Durften unsere Koffer bis zum Abflug im Fitnessraum zwischen deponieren bis zum Heimflug.
