The location was excellent. Located close to many site seeing locations, while not being too noisy or busy. Would definitely stay here again if I am back visiting!

Check in and out was very easy. Host was easy to communicate with. Clean, appreciated the coffee maker and pods.Only issue was occasional sewer smell.

This apartment was spacious and clean. The location was superb allowing easy access to everything within the city. The host was responsive. We’d definitely recommend this apartment!

The location wasn't in a nice area, the stairs in the property were very dangerous not very many safety railings to hold on to. The floors upstairs were uneven and dangerous and the whole property had a sewerage smell at times

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that some aspects of the property made you feel uncomfortable during your stay. We would like to clarify that the apartment is located in the Arenal neighbourhood, next to Seville’s bullfighting ring, in one of the city’s most historic, authentic and central areas. It is a lively neighbourhood full of local character, restaurants and traditional Sevillian atmosphere. The building has some original architectural features, including the stairs and slightly uneven upper floors. We appreciate your comments regarding safety, and we are currently assessing the best way to improve these architectural aspects while respecting the character of the building. Regarding the occasional drainage smell, the issue has now been fully resolved. It was caused by temporary construction works taking place nearby and was not a permanent problem within the property. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for our guests.

Management company was very responsive in two or three issues we had.A couple of suggestions: the handle to the closet door next to the entrance door needs to have the bolt tightened. One of the lightbulbs is out in the large light over the dinner table. Otherwise everything was wonderful in the Location was incredible.

La ubicación del alojamiento es buena y el apartamento en general cumple para una estancia corta, pero nuestra experiencia tuvo varios inconvenientes importantes.Durante la estancia encontramos una cucaracha en el salón, dejó de salir agua caliente y el plato de ducha estaba roto, provocando que el agua se saliera continuamente al baño.Además, el último día solicitamos al casero poder dejar las maletas unas horas en el apartamento hasta antes del siguiente check-in (que era a partir de las 15h), algo que nos habría facilitado bastante la salida y que considerábamos razonable dadas las incidencias ocurridas. Sin embargo, nos indicó que no era posible y nos redirigió a un locker cercano, algo que nos dejó una sensación de poca flexibilidad y consideración.En general, la experiencia ha sido correcta, pero nos fuimos con una sensación bastante mejorable tanto por el estado de algunos elementos del alojamiento como por la atención recibida.
