One bedroom is located at the back of the building, making it a quiet and peaceful place to sleep. The other bedroom is adjacent to the living room and faces Pastor y Landero street.

The apartment has a surface of 110 square metres. It is on the first floor (one level above the ground floor) of a residential building, without elevator.

The apartment is simply awesome, big kitchen, big rooms. Washer .Great AC. Love to be across from the Aral market where you can eat a coffee or drink drinks and then it’s close to the downtown, cathedral area, and Triana.
