Yes, the entrance is off of the alley behind the house, which I see as a plus because it is a private entrance. With that said, people do put their trash cans out there, and there was a few months where someone was building a garage, however, that part is not a common occurrence. Sorry about the pillows - if you had brought that to my attention, we would have accommodated you. You're right - we did not show you around the apartment (it's pretty straightforward, for what it's worth), though we DID meet you (my children and husband and I met you in the garage one day when you were doing laundry). I think we simply try to keep the experience private because when I book on Airbnb, that is my preference (let me be unless I need something). Had you of asked for anything, we certainly would have accommodated you. It may have been the case that the cleaners left the dishes in the dishwasher and some towels in the dryer; that isn't the general practice, however, again, this is the first I've heard mention of this. When you mention "attaching the trash can", I'm guessing you mean that the lid was not fully clicked on? I'm sorry if you had to click that back on, however, again, we would have fixed any of this if you had mentioned it while you were here. On the key, you asked for another key and I said that I could have one made or you could make it if that was easier and faster for you. You said you would get it made so I'm generally confused by this. I'm not sure what else to say. We so appreciate your stay, even though I find some of these comments unfair to comment on without bringing it up to us during your stay. We genuinely hope you had a wonderful stay in Nashville -- it's a wonderful place!
