About this property

The Peachtree House

**In light of COVID19 we want you to know that we are taking special measures to protect our guests!

-Disinfecting all surfaces and touch points such as door knobs, light switches, handles, railings, etc.
-All linens washed on highest setting
-Sanitizing floors between stays

This fully remodeled 1930's bungalow is less than 10 mins from the heart of Broadway and downtown Nashville! Abby Gordon designs from floor to ceiling. This is the perfect place for a memorable visit to Nashville.

This house has been a total labor of love for the last 9 months as we've worked over every inch of the space to restore it to glory! Most of the house is brand new, while leaving original features wherever possible, like the pocket doors and fireplaces as well as the bead board ceiling in the back room.

Abby Gordon, known for her simple and elegant style, was commissioned to do all of the interiors and what a job she did! We are confident you will want to extend your visit as soon as you spend a night in this beautiful space.

Excellent location. Felt very safe. It was conveniently located to downtown and all the sites we wanted to visit. The house was beautifully decorated - loved all the wood. The beds were very comfortable and the back yard parking was a bonus. Loved the door locks! Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Property is cute clean and easily accessible. In a nice neighborhood with great amenities. Traveling w a family the single bathroom w vintage tub and curtains wasn’t ideal but for a couple or single travel would work well! If traveling along would stay here again!

Comfortable stay

We are a family of five with little kids stayed in the house for a week. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house is very cute and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located within 10 min drive to the airport and the center of the city.

Relaxing stay

I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was. My family and I loved this beautiful little bungalow and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location was good with a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride to many attractions. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We will never forget the memories we made here. I absolutely recommend and would love to go back someday.

Green Day concert

We stayed in this property for my teen daughter’s first concert. This house is super accessible to downtown and everything in between. I wouldn’t walk far from the property but we were able to drive/park downtown with ease. Neal was extremely helpful and a great host.

Amazing place!

Lovely home! The decor was so cute! Super close to downtown nashville. The only thing I would recommend is to get some blackout curtains for the bedrooms, especially the front room. The sun was so bright. Everything else was perfect! Thank you!!!!
