Hermosa villa en Hacienda Pinilla - A pie de playas - Cerca de Beach Club

Esta hermosa 2BR, 2. 5BA Villa se encuentra dentro de los Jardines de Palma Real en la comunidad cerrada de Hacienda Pinilla. Nuestra villa de dos pisos y 3100 pies cuadrados tiene techos abovedados y con vigas de diez pies con una sala principal de concepto abierto con comedor y cocina que da a un hermoso patio cubierto. Hermosas puertas francesas de madera de ocho pies conducen al patio cubierto en el primer piso para cenar y relajarse y también al balcón cubierto del segundo piso.

Hay dos habitaciones cada una con su propio baño. El dormitorio de la planta baja tiene una cama king y walk in closet. El dormitorio principal en la planta superior tiene una cama tamaño king y un armario con vestidor, así como acceso directo al balcón de arriba. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. La sala de estar superior con sofá cama se abre al balcón de arriba. La capacidad máxima es de seis personas.

La cocina tiene hermosos mostradores de granito, lavaplatos de acero inoxidable y refrigerador. Una estufa de cuatro quemadores se encuentra en la isla frente al comedor y la sala de estar. Junto a la cocina tenemos un lavadero con lavadora y secadora para que pueda empacar la luz para su escapada

La sala de entrenamiento y la piscina comunitaria privada están incluidas en el alquiler y están a pocos pasos de la Villa.

Los 4.500 acres de la Hacienda Pinilla incluyen 3 millas de costa virgen y un centro de tenis, establos de caballos y un campo de golf de fama mundial, todos a pocos minutos en coche o a pie. Disfrutarás de un fácil acceso a Playa Mansita y JW Marriott. El Marriott cuenta con varios restaurantes y un spa de clase mundial. El hermoso Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club se encuentra a poca distancia en coche de la Villa. El club cuenta con una piscina de borde infinito, servicios de spa, área de juegos para niños, restaurante y bar. El club de playa Hacienda Pinilla se encuentra en el extremo norte de Playa Avellanas, votado como una de las 10 mejores playas de Costa Rica.

Great Stay

House and location were perfect. We had friend staying at the JW Marriott. It was an easy 5 minute walk to see them and enjoy the restaurants at the Marriott. Highly recommend getting a car for you stay.

Very nice and comfortable house, great location, plenty of things to do, nice restaurants near by, got to see turtles, monkeys, squirrels, deers and beautiful birds several times! The best: access to Playa Bonita at waking distance to watch the sunset.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a short walk to the Marriott where our conference was held! The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The house had everything we needed! The house was spacious and well appointed! We would love to come back!

Vacation near amazing beaches

We enjoyed our stay here. House is huge and the area is safe and quiet. We were fortunate to have monkeys right by the front and back door. Pools and beaches are excellent. Hoping the Carrie will address some of the minor issues that maintenance should have taken care of.

Owner was super helpful. Gorgeous property. Well cared for. Highly recommend. My only regret was not having a rental car as the villa is remote with the exception of The Marriot, so food opportunities were very limited.

Top notch, beautifully appointed, clean and the perfect location within Hacienda Pinilla

My wife and I went down for a wedding and stayed at this incredible home. We can’t say enough good things about it ! It is spacious and well furnished with incredible architectural features. It was very clean and everything we needed was there from the liinens to the kitchen. Less than a 2 minute walk to the pool and exercise room. Definitely 5 star accommodations. Thank you Carrie for a great vacation !!

Wonderful stay at Las Olas!

We had a lovely stay at Las Olas! What a fantastic villa in a beautiful location. The villa was well appointed with all the amenities of home. Close to a beautiful pool and nice small workout facility. We watched beautiful sunsets at Playa Bonita and went to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club many times (so nice to have poolside service e and my husband and kids could surf right at that beach). Thank you so much Carrie!

Beautiful spring break trip

This was my families first trip to Costa Rica and it did not disappoint!! We stayed at the house for nine nights and had the absolute best time. Some highlights for us were the beautiful porches outside, seeing monkeys from the house, the beach club with the little Hawaii surf break right out front, and so much more! We tried a few of the restaurant recommendations that the hosts sent and none of them disappointed. We especially liked Patagonia in tamarindo and Pangas beach club. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen to make breakfast most mornings and a couple of dinners. All in all, a fabulous trip to a gorgeous place. For my 3 surfers, it was a dream. Thanks!

Beautiful villa with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the monkeys!

Las Olas is a beautiful villa that was perfect for our family of 4 (could have fit more) for our 2 week stay. We ate breakfast on the large porch each morning watching a tribe of monkeys cross by in the trees, spent our afternoons exploring new beaches, surfing, horseback riding at the ranch, or just relaxing at the beach club pool! We took advantage of the private little Bonita Beach for sunsets, played soccer on the large grass area, while some nights we checked out new restaurants or walked to the Marriott for kids movie night, we also loved to cook at the villa and play games. Our experience and love for this area and this villa is 10 stars, we would have extended our stay if there was availability. The host Carrie was also so helpful and responsive, making the trip that much more present. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us!

Great vacation rental

The Los Olas Villa was a great find in Hacienda Pinilla. Spacious two bedroom, 2.5 bath unit that could accommodate up to 6 adult guests comfortably. Carrie (the owner) and Maria (property manager) were responsive to all our questions and needs. This Villa is located in the Jardines de Palma Real community and is close to a wonderful swimming pool that is lightly used and a small but well equipped gym. Sunsets at Playa Bonita were fabulous and about a 10 minute walk from the Villa. If you are looking for restaurants several options are available at the Marriott located about a 5 minute walk from the Villa. We had dinner at the Marriott’s Azul Grill - outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. Good (not great) food, but a wonderful setting and very good service. The Villa does back up to one of the main roads in Hacienda Pinilla and the road leading to the Marriott. Some people might find the traffic a bit annoying if they want to use the outdoor patio area, but it did not interfere with our enjoyment.

Spring break 2022

The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. The house was as described, well kept and clean. We were originally staying at the JW Marriott but we wanted a kitchen. This place was a great option for us as it was walking distance (5 min) to JW Marriott. We had dinners there and did a day pass ($70pp). Great house. Highly recommend.

Magical Hacienda Pinilla

As always Hacienda Pinilla stays are magical. The sunsets, pools, golf, and monkeys never disappoint. The people are always so kind and generous. Our villa gave us a new view the backyard and breezes were charming.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful villa in Hacienda Pinilla. The villa was comfortable and safe. Wonderful kitchen to cook in and great recommendations in the guest book. Really very nice

Very nice home base for our first trip to CR. High marks for everything that matters most, comforts almost too numerous to itemize: excellent beds, pillows and linens. A reasonably equipped and functional kitchen (we made two dinners and three breakfasts). Convenient parking right in front. All appliances worked great, as did wi fi and air conditioning. The home is very well-lit; no shadowey corners. Good hot water supply and pressure. Clean, airy and comfortable. We would stay again. Access to the Beach Club and Pinilla beaches really makes the house rental something special. The only downside is the long, washboard dirt road one must travel to get to the property. Can’t be avoided. A real pain. But not the fault of the house and in the end, worth the trouble for all the benefits gained.

We have enjoyed going to Costa Rica for the past 15 years and have traveled throughout the country. We live full time in San Diego, California and enjoy visiting as often as possible. Many of our trips with friends and family have brought us to Hacienda Pinilla where we have stayed as a guest in this very same villa. We are now excited to share our Costa Rica home with friends and fellow travelers. To us, the experiences and memories we've had here with friends and family is time well spent!

This villa is located within Jardines de Palma Real, a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood within Hacienda Pinilla. It is walking distance of the JW Marriott, Playa Mansita, Playa Bonita, and Playa Avellanes. The pool and private owners/guest gym for Palma Real is very close to the villa.
