Sea view one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator), in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori, comfortable and perfect for a beach lifestyle. About 45 sqm, up to 4 guests: bright living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette (gas stove, fridge with freezer, toaster), 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Equipped terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers for slow breakfasts or sunset aperitifs with sea view.
Air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, 2 private parking spaces and a storage room for bicycles are included.
Prime location: 900 m from the first beach, between Imperia and Arma di Taggia, with almost direct access (about 500 m) to the famous coastal cycle path that connects San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti, passing through the most iconic destinations of the Riviera dei Fiori. Nearby: Sanremo, Taggia, Triora, Bussana Vecchia, Montecarlo, Nice, Cannes.
Ideal for couples, families with children, travellers looking for beauty, comfort and slow Mediterranean rhythms. Pets not allowed.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Balkon mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer, perfekt für den Morgenkaffee.Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen.Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung wo es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.Besonders schön war der Blick auf das Meer und die Nähe zum Strand. Erfreulich für unser Auto und unsere Füße war die vorhandene Garage direkt am Haus.
