The Moose River House - Spacious Riverfront Home-Heated Seasonal Pool

This magnificent 6000 square foot, newly-constructed, custom home is located on the stunning Wenatchee River in a secluded area. Anyone will feel at home in nature while being only a short, two mile drive to charming historical downtown Leavenworth.

Open floor plan throughout home. Featuring a spacious gourmet kitchen able to accommodate cooking for the whole group. The bar area has temperature controlled wine storage and an additional beverage refrigerator. A huge deck accessible from the living, dining and master bedroom overlooks the Wenatchee River, making this floor excellent for entertaining the entire family. A gradual slope to the river allows a relaxed walk in the water or for the more adventurous, tubing from the banks of the property.

The upstairs features a loft with incredible views. Two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses await the uninvited guest (distant cousin carrying a suitcase). Located on each side of the loft are bedroom suites with queen beds and secluded balconies to enjoy the majestic scenery and sounds of the river.

The expansive daylight basement includes a game room both kids and adults alike, can enjoy. One can unwind in the cozy infrared sauna with LED controlled lighting while enjoying your own music. A hot tub will be found on the back patio and can comfortably seat 5 people. WIFI throughout the entire house for social media lovers and work enthusiasts alike.

Either side of the game room are two large suites.The Mr. Moose room, with beautiful hand crafted Aspen log furniture, and view of the river from a separate patio entrance. On the opposite side of the game room; for the smaller people of your group or the young at heart this room will bring out the child inside of everyone. The room has a queen bed with an adjacent unique cabin style bunk room, known as the Bears Den. This additional sleeping arrangement includes 4 twin (XL) bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds.

This property is unbelievable. Often times the pictures do more justice than the actual home but this time around pictures could not do justice for how nice the rental was. It was the perfect home to host our family and friends for a 50th birthday celebration. Definitely recommend this home to prospective renters I will be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful Leavenworth Stay

The house was beautiful. We had a good sized group that was easily accommodated. There was ample parking outside. We had a person that required a wheelchair, but the first floor had everything easily accessible, including a full bedroom that made staying there possible. All the bedrooms were essentially master bedrooms (or whatever the PC term is today), with large bathrooms and showers.The kitchen was fully stocked, and had everything that was needed for preparing meals at the house which was a huge plus. The house is very close to downtown, and even closer to Safeway. Everything was a short commute. The house had a bunch of space, including the kids bunk room downstairs. Great for kids and our toddler loved it.Nathalie, the point of contact was very friendly and very responsive. I can’t say enough nice things about it. We’d definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property right on the river. It is more than some of the other properties we looked at, but the amenities of the house are well worth it. Plenty of space and luxuries for our friends and us! Thank you for having us!

Great Get Away with Great Host

The property is beautiful, scenic, clean and well appointed. As a chef, I appreciated the cleanliness of the kitchen and the layout, making for easy and festive cooking experiences. The Host was very responsive and clear with communications. This is a great place and worth staying at while in Leavenworth area of Washington State.

Exceptional Home

Absolutely beautiful home!! This house provides all the checks on your list for a relaxing getaway. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms for our convenience. Absolutely the best getaway in Leavenworth

We have planed this gateway with family from out of the country who had not seen snow yet. The entire experience was great for them and us. The house have everything you need plus more. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans glasses, wine cooler. Even high end cooking gadgets that made our experience even more memorable. The hot tub was nice and warm, the sauna was great. The view of the river was fantastic. The copper tub was my personal favorite. I recommend this house for anyone who wants to getaway yet have the comfort and luxury that this place offer.

Enchanting and Beautiful

It was a wonderful place to hold a yoga retreat, which is what we utilized the space for. The river location was ideal for outdoor ceremonies and quiet contemplation times. The kitchen was giant and perfect to make big meals in and dining on the balcony was divine. The bathrooms in all the rooms were immaculate and I really can't leave anything critical in my comments. I would highly recommend this lodge and the owners are super supportive if you need any help during your stay. The property was clean and well maintained. Thank you!!!

We had an unbelievable time staying at The Moose River House. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. We came for a weekend getaway in beautiful Leavenworth and had an amazing time. We came with a very large group and everyone was very comfortable throughout our stay. It is very evident that the owners really care about making sure that their guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The property is private, spacious and extremely accommodating. The backyard, with the hot tub, fire pit and river, were wonderful amenities that we really enjoyed. We utilized every inch of the property, indoors and out, and were so happy with our decision to stay at The Moose River House. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you!

Family Christmas

This was the perfect house for a large family, and Kevin was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time. One thing I would like to suggest to everyone who rents houses is to have some luggage racks or benches to put suitcases on. It is uncomfortable to get things out of suitcases on the floor. Even though there are drawers, one usually doesn’t completely unpack.

WONDERFUL FAMILY GATHERING

This home was absolutely beautiful and very accommodating. The kids loved the little "tunnel" room under the stairs, air hockey game, and room to play. The adults loved gathering at the table to play games. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family, and gave each individual family privacy. The kitchen was a dream! So much room to cook together. We did not make it into Leavenworth often because we just enjoyed the home. The décor was perfect for the "Moose" theme. There was even a welcome sign with a gift basket. Kevin (the owner) was friendly and visited with us a bit. We did have problems with the hot tub - making my review a 4 star instead of a 5 star. However, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great Vacation House

The house was close enough to Leavenworth, but in a quiet neighborhood. Downstairs was perfect for all the kids, the youngest really loved the Bears Den and spent a lot of time playing in there. There was enough snow and a gentle slope in the backyard that they could slide on their saucers. They were outside for hours! We enjoyed the not tub and sauna. The upstairs main floor was big enough that the 10 of us could be together but not crowded. The kitchen was great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Having two sinks was handy. There were no teaspoons, just larger tablespoon size. Not a problem though. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was so nice. We all loved the heated floors in the bathrooms! Safeway was just over a mile away and behind it is a free shuttle to downtown Leavenworth. Very handy because not a lot of free parking and paid parking is expensive. This is a wonderful house!

Enchanting in the Enchantments

Is it possible to give a home more than 5 stars? This home is truly amazing and exceeded our expectations. We had a large group of family and friends stay here as home base to hike the Trail of the Enchantments. Not only was it beautiful and comfortable, but it has so many thoughtful touches that truly makes it a luxury escape. It was the perfect home base for our adventure!
