Well equiped outside

The property is great for spending quality time with family. The outdoor area, including the jacuzzi and the pool, is very enjoyable and adds a lot to the experience. Communication with the host was 5 stars – always available and responsive.Some details of the house could be improved, such as the lack of proper ventilation and some unfinished elements like baseboards and aspects of the building’s construction.Thank you for having us!

The villa was spacious and the extra extension of the villa provided lots more room and light for the seven guests. However, upon arrival, the hot tub didn’t work, and we were not informed that it was broken so this was a shame. Furthermore, the hammock and umbrella had both broken, although the former not essential, the umbrella, especially for small children in direct heat, was needed. We were informed in the first few days that we would receive a replacement and never did, even though we still had ten days remaining. The pool was a good size and was cleaned twice by the pool cleaner, however, the space around the pool was disappointing as it only had two loungers for seven guests, and the sitting areas were surrounded by bushes which was sometimes uncomfortable terrain for a pool setting. There was also no privacy at the rear of the property, with no fencing or screen to cover guests in the pool, hot tub etc. Bedrooms, kitchen and lounge spaces were fine, although there weren’t enough glasses, plates and bowls for the amount of people the villa is supposed to accommodate. Nice location close to coffee shops, beach and lake.

Muito bom espaço. Contudo, com algumas modificações muito simples poderá ficar excelente. Casa espaçosa, com muita luz e conforto. Contudo faltam equipamentos essenciais tais como microondas na cozinha e ar condicionado nos quartos (ou, no mínimo, umas ventoinhas para combater os dias mais quentes). Além disso, a área exterior em que a piscina está inserida tem zonas de areia e terra, o que torna inevitável (especialmente com animais ou crianças pequenas) que a piscina fique facilmente suja. No período da nossa estadia, o jacuzzi nao estava totalmente funcional. Dito isto é um alojamento espaçoso e versátil, bem localizado e próximo de uma das praias mais bonitas do Algarve (Arrifana). Com pequenas modificações poderá ficar ainda melhor.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt das Objekt ist in einem Guten Zustand. Das einzige es könnte an manchen stellen renoviert werden da es auf der Terrasse reinregnet.Wir hatten alle einen super Urlaub Danke hierfür.

Hallo, zuerst möchte ich die Mitarbeiter der Agentur loben und positiv hervorheben.Zusammenfassend muss man sagen dass es auf den Fotos deutlich besser wirkt und im besseren Zustand abgebildet wird.Trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Für die Größe war der Preis angemessen.
