A lovely house!

In this house we had a perfect holiday. The house is well equipped and there is a lot of room in the garden. Our children; 19, 12 and 10 years old really appreciated the pool and I enjoyed the sunbeds and the magnificent view from the pool area. We can definately recommend others to stay here. //Marie Svärd

La casa si trova in mezzo alla pace assoluta, in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima piscina. È stata una settimana veramente bella e rilassante. Anche la nostra cagnolone è stata super felice di scorrazzare in mezzo agli ulivi! Graziella è stata molto gentile con i suoi consigli e ha rimediato in frettissima a un piccolo disguido in casa (che può sempre succedere). Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei a tutti. Das hübsche, kleine, einfache Ferienhaus war für unsere vierköpfige Familie, ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen und erholen. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool, den wir allein für uns hatten, ein Traum und immer für eine Erfrischung gut. Von der Unterkunft aus starten wir zu vielen Ausflügen und dank der Tipps unserer Vermieterin Graziella haben wir ganz bezaubernde Orte endecken können. Allerdings waren wir immer auf unser Auto angewiesen, da das Häuschen auf einem Berg mit ziemlich steiler Anfahrt liegt. Die Vermieterin Graziella ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und beantwortet Fragen immer schnell persönlich oder per WhatsApp. Ansonsten ist sie sehr diskret und man hat das Gefühl ganz allein auf dem Grundstück zu sein. Daumen hoch für Casale Bellaria!

Lovely house and pool in a very beautiful region

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The pool is especially nice and the kids enjoyed it very much. The house was very clean and Graziella was easy to communicate with and even took care of a broken toilet seat, which we were thankful for. The house has a lovely big garden and having Graziella live next door was actually quite nice. She wasn't there a lot, so it was still like we had everything to ourselves most of the time. We would recommend the house and will come and visit again. 3 Points that might be good to know: We found the house to be very hot in the night, so possibly bring a fan, if you don't like it too hot in the nights. The pool is accesible between 08:30 a.m and 07:00 p.m. That wasn't a big issue for us with kids, but possibly with older kids it could be worth knowing this in advance. Also, there is no jumping in the pool from the sides. Again, not a big issue for us, but might be good to know before booking. Apart from that: go for it and book

Rustikale Ferienwohnung in Traumlage

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne und erholsame 14 Tage in der absolut ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Sehr freundliche und unaufdringliche Vermieterin Ideale Lage für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano und zu weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Strände von Cecina und Vada sind von hier aus ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen. Schöner Pool und weitläufiges Grundstück.

Erholungs- und Erkundungstage Riparbella

Wir haben zwei lauschige und sehr ruhige Wochen in Riparbella verbracht. Wir konnten für uns ganz alleine den sehr gut gewarteten Pool und den Garten genießen und wurden von niemanden gestört. Die Unterkunft war für uns Abstoßpunkt in die toskanisch-etruskischen Landschaften. Das "Heimkommen" immer in eine Oase der Ruhe.

Traumhafte FeWo in toller Lage

Die Vermieterin empfängt die Gäste herzlich auf dem traumhaften Anwesen. Die rustikal eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (stilvoll, nicht altbacken) ist vollständig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden wöchentlich gewechselt und jeweils hygienisch eingeschweißt übergeben. Man hat einen überdachten Essbereich vor der FeWo und einen genialen Freisitz mit Sonnenliegen. Am Pool, den man allein hat, sind moderne Sonnenliegen und Schirme ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool hat zudem eine geniale Sicht aufs Meer und die Insel Elba. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, wenn irgendetwas nicht 100% war, war die Vermieterin sofort zu Stelle. Man ist aus Riparbella schnell am Meer (20 Min) ebenfalls schnell in Pisa (50 Min) oder in Volterra und San Gimignano.

Ideale per visitare la val cecina

La casa è situata su di una collina a circa 1.2 km dalla strada posta in val cecina, molto bello il giardino e la piscina 6x12 con ombrelloni e lettini, la depandance è abbastanza datata così come il mobilio all'interno , per il gas c'è una bombola e c'è anche una ventola smorzare un po'il caldo . Tutto sommato debbo dire che per noi è stata una bella soluzione in quanto l'avevo scelta per poter vivere il mare ma anche per poter visitare l'entroterra che ha molti bei borghi da visitare.

Ottima vacanza!

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza in questo casale immerso tra gli ulivi delle colline toscane che permette di scegliere tra il silenzio della natura e le vicine località di mare. Bello l’appartamento dotato di un patio che permette di vivere all’aperto, favolosa la piscina. Valore aggiunto la padrona di casa discreta gentile e sempre disponibile. Una settimana piacevolissima

La posizione geografica della villa è fantastica, un giardino piantumato molto grande e ben recintato (i nostri 4 cani e i 3 ragazzi hanno gradito e utilizzato). L'alloggio è molto bello e fornito di tutto, così come la parte esterna fornita di sdraio, lettini, tavolo e sedie sotto il porticato, insomma perfetto. Abbiamo anche sfruttato la piscina ed è stata molto gradita a tutti. Ringraziamo la signora Graziella per l'ospitalità: torneremo sicuramente!!

nous avons passer une semaine aux top ! piscine pas a la villa même et a partager mais cela ne pose aucun soucis vu la grandeur de la piscine avec vue magnifique ! super villa aux calme juste un petit soucis est qu'il n'y a pas de canapé pour 6 en temps de mauvais temps. village a visité plage non loin . Super qualité prix ! proprio super accueillant. je conseil cette villa si besoin de calme !

Superschön gelegene Wohnung im italienischen Stil - ruhige Lage

wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casale Bellaria verbracht. Die Wohnung ist im italienische Stil sehr freundlich, sauber eingerichtet . In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt.Trotz der Hitze war es in der Wohnung angenehm Kühl.

Leuk vrijstaand huis met veel privacy. Het zwembad is echter geen 80 m, maar eerder 300 m van het huis verwijderd (je moet langs de weg helemaal rond het huis van de eigenaars gaan), maar je geniet ondertussen van het prachtige zicht op Toscane zodat je die afstand al gauw vergeet. Restaurant La Melatina, aangeraden door de eigenaars, is effectief een bezoekje waard!

Super Erholungsfaktor und einfach tolle Ferien

Das kleine gemütliche Ferienhaus "LA Sughera" liegt sehr schön auf einem Berg in der Toskana. Es ist wie eine Anliegerwohnung neben dem Wohnhaus der Vermieter- aber eine komplett selbstständige Wohneinheit mit eigener Hofeinfahrt und Gartengrundstück. Dort befindet sich ein gemütlich eingerichteter Pavillon mit Fußballkicker (unser Sohn hat ihn geliebt) und Sitzgruppe in der man Abends gemütlich verweilen kann. (Antimückenspray aber bitte nicht vergessen- Räucherspiralen gegen diese Viecher waren in der Wohnung vorhanden). Des Weiteren findet man im eigenen Gartengrundstück auch noch 3 Sonnenliegen (etwas unstabil aber ok). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Wir empfanden es praktisch, dass sie neben dran waren, als z.B. das Gas zum Kochen ausging waren sie sofort zur stelle ;-) oder als wir Backpapier benötigten oder infos zur Umgebung benötigt wurden... Der Pool ist super, er sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Dieser ist mit einem Gartentor abgesichert, so dass Kinder ohne Erwachsene keinen Zugang haben. Neben dem Pool befindet sich ein kl. Spielhaus mit Rutschbahn und einer Schaukel. Für Kinder ein kleines Paradies. In der Umgebung befinden sich vereinzelt Wohnhäuser bzw. Ferienhäuser. Vom Pool aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick über die Landschaft. Der Bäcker ist ca. 4 km entfernt aber man bekommt dort gute Brötchen oder Weissbrot. Die Vermieterin hat eine Mappe zusammengestellt mit Orten die man (in der Nähe) in der Toskana gesehen haben muss, des Weiteren liegt ein Reiseführer und diverses Kartenmaterial bereit. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht, im Bad war auch für den Notfall schon Toilettenpapier, Shampoo oder Duschgel vorhanden (evtl. scharfes Messer zum Kochen mitnehmen). Hier und da war mal eine Spinnwebe zu finden aber alles in Einem war es super dort. Die Familie hat einen Hund und eine Katze, aber auf unseren Wunsch wurde der Hund im Hof der Familie gehalten, so dass er nicht mehr zu uns kommen konnte. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus auf der stelle wieder nehmen und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße in die Toskana Frédérique

Stupenda vita mare nella bella campagna toscana!

Molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Appartamento piacevole e curato in collina con grande giardino e bella vista. Tranquillità e pace garantiti. Molto bella la piscina, gentili e simpatici i proprietari. Vicino alle spiagge e ai graziosi borghi medievali. Ritorneremo sicuramente , Grazie!

A voir absolument!

Une adresse à connaître absolument. La maison est très confortable et aménagée avec bon goût, le jardin est bien entretenu et très romantique. La vue sur la campagne toscane est absolument magnifique. L'endroit est très calme et très reposant et les enfants peuvent profiter de la piscine en toute sécurité. En prenant la voiture il est possible de visiter beaucoup de villes et villages de Toscane et la mer n'est vraiment pas loin. Notre séjour nous a tellement plu que nous réservons déjà pour l'année prochaine!

un petit coin de paradis en Toscane

Notre seul regret : ne pas avoir pu profiter de l'appartement LA SUGHERA + d'1 semaine par manque de disponibilité. mais c'est la rançon du succès ! Idéalement situé pour profiter de la côte (golf de Baratti, falaises et criques de quercianella à castigloioncello, plages de Vada à Piombino) et des terres (accès rapide pour Pise, bibbona, bolgheri, volterra, populonia, San ghiminiano, Certaldo, Sienne....) l'appartement est spacieux, décoré avec goût, très propre, bonne literie , bien équipé, vue magique sur les collines, piscine très agréable, la pergolla proche de la terrasse et non loin du BBQ permet de partager un moment de bonheur simple, authentique. Graziella et sa famille sont des personnes discrètes, accueillantes, disponibles, nous avons été conseillé pour des choix de visites, itinéraires, boutiques. Des cartes ainsi que des récapitulatifs des manifestations durant la période louée, nous attendait. C'est un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, à l'abri du bruit, au milieu de la nature à l'état brut, bercé par le bruit des cigales. Des parcours "sauvages" sont à découvrir tout autour de la propriété, pour les inconditionnels de la course ou de la marche, certes, avec des dénivelés importants, mais c'est caractéristique de la Toscane. A proximité de la maison , sur le chemin non goudré qui y accède, possibilité d'acheter les fruits/légumes d'un particulier qui ne parle que l' Italien mais qui est d'une gentillesse extrême ce qui fait tomber la barrière de la langue.

Fantastic !

Absolutely fantastic holiday! Casale Bellaria is amazing, nature area has a mesmerizing, the interior of the house is as of some great old tales of Tuscany, wonderful swimming pool ... The owner of the house, Graziella, has made our stay here is like never before! We had the pleasure to meet nice people from Belgium, and have a nice hang out with them at the pool.
