The location is really hard to beat! Hostess is so lovely and responsive and accommodating and the room was small but so beautiful with many nice touches. There is a great coffee and tea setup, lovely decor, and very comfy beds. This is definitely going on my list to stay again! Plenty of cafes, shops, and Termini right there. Thank you so much to Nicoleta for a perfect stay!

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Recently renovated. Very clean. AC worked prrfectly. Location next to the Roma Termini. Excellent service and communication with the host. Unbeatable price/quality ratio.
Like a nice hotel room, near enough to Termini Station
We chose this place as a pit-stop in Rome, rather than booking an airport hotel for our last night in Italy. We were pleased to be able to lug our bags from the train station and have an elevator available (BTW, elevator was occupied by workmen that afternoon due to some refurbishments going on)Nicolette was kind and helpful, got us checked in easily.I would never recommend this neighborhood as a base of operations in Rome, unless you had business specific to the area. Choose Trastevere for tourism and places to eat. Not that we were afraid for personal safety. It’s just not all that convenient to most touristy things. But for our needs, we were quite happy!
