Great for two couples or family - two floors, one each per couple provides privacy and quiet. Friendly responses from Monica and Management manager Luz. Great location in Condesa. The only issue we had was the penthouse is in disrepair and not as clean as it could be. Neither distracted from our stay.

This apartment has all you need for a convenient and comfortable stay to explore CDMX! The view from the balcony onto the fountain of Madrid is wonderful. Personally, I was ill the day of check in and asked if we could arrange to access the apartment earlier. Lorenza responded to us instantly and made it possible. That was a total life saver for me and I was so grateful! Small but super impactful accommodations when in need make all the difference from an ok host to a great host! She also allowed us to leave our bags safely in the apt after checkout. The entire stay was smooth and easy! The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool deck and outdoor space was beautiful. We would definitely come and stay again in this perfect neighborhood!! Located in a cool Art Deco building, this apartment is one of the highest points in the neighborhood, so the views from the terrace and big windows are great. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of all the sites in Centro as well as 3 or 4 different subway lines. There's a celebrated taco place on the block and two branches of a famous bakery (and also a famous churro place) within a couple of blocks. Check-in was easy: there is a 24-hour doorman. Some warnings for people who are used to slick, modern accommodations: this is an older building and has its quirks. The elevator only goes to the sixth floor, so to get to this penthouse you need to climb two fights of stairs. And the elevator is noisy: you can hear the mechanicals from the apartment, but only when it's in use which is relatively rarely. The beautiful casement windows offer no insulation from sound, cold, or heat. Mexico City rarely gets very hot or cold, but it is noisy. Luckily the neighborhood quiets down by midnight. Finally, the water heater has limited capacity: the hot water was gone by the end of the third shower. We didn't have issue with any of these, but if you're used to escaping into a silent, fancy hotel room, or if you have trouble with stairs, then this might not be for you. That being said, having your own very spacious and comfortable roof terrace is amazing, especially after a day of making your way through the crowds.

Owner is a very patient person who does everything to have his guests happy. The location is excellent to visit the city. Owner answers all communication sent to him and is very polite.
