Unidad de esquina con techo a piso, vistas envolventes del océano!

Shoreham Towers II es uno de los edificios frente al mar más exclusivos y únicos de North Myrtle Beach. Pocos propietarios alquilan, por lo que la playa no está abarrotada como en los grandes centros turísticos. Nuestra unidad de esquina de 1650 pies cuadrados cuenta con ventanas envolventes y balcones de techo a piso en todas las habitaciones. Las vistas hacia arriba y abajo de la costa son espectaculares!

Cuidamos y nos complacemos al mantener y actualizar nuestros cinco hogares: Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) y Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

No usamos una agencia. Propietario, Margaret Williams, le gustaría hablar con todos los inquilinos por primera vez. La limpieza es una prioridad.

Esta unidad está bellamente amueblada y equipada con muchas comodidades y comodidades del hogar. Los muebles se mantienen en buenas condiciones, los colchones son de primera calidad y la limpieza es absolutamente esencial. Proporcionamos limpieza de salida y ropa de cama. Los alojamientos para dormir son el rey en el maestro, la reina en el segundo, los gemelos en el tercero.

La casa tiene cuatro televisores, DVD y acceso a Internet de alta velocidad Wi-Fi. Hay un amplio estacionamiento en el lugar y un lobby asegurado. Los conductos de basura están en cada piso. Asar a la parrilla, área de picnic y baños están junto a la piscina. También a nivel de la playa hay una unidad de almacenamiento privado con sillas de playa, tablas de surf y juguetes para la arena (el suministro varía según los elementos).

Los alquileres son de sábado a sábado. Somos un condominio para no fumadores, y esta política se aplica a la zona de la terraza también. No mascotas, no hay motocicletas permitidos en la propiedad. Solo adultos mayores de 25 años y familias.

Our host was very responsive before and during our stay, and we could tell that she truly cared that we had an enjoyable visit. The condo was quite spacious and super clean. I love to cook, and I have stayed at many rental condos over the decades, and I must stay that this was the best equipped and most spotlessly clean kitchen that I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing outside of my own home. Despite the unusual cold spell, we absolutely enjoyed the incredible views from the multiple windows and sliding glass doors, and watching the shrimpers going back and forth, the sunrises and sunsets, the dolphins swimming by, and the moon shining on the water. We could even see the Sky Wheel lighting up in red at night in the distance. The location was perfect for our goals for that trip. Hint...bring binoculars. That made the dolphin and boat watching even more fun.

We love the calm vibe of this location. There are no large and noisy crowds near this rental and it speaks to our soul after busy lives at home. We also enjoy just gazing at the waves in a clean unit.

We had a delightful stay. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and has almost everything you need for your stay. We were dazzled by sunrises, sunsets and moonrises - and daily (sometimes twice!) beach walks were soothing. Perfect weather helped, but the place would still offer a relaxing stay and great views if it weren’t.

The place was beautiful, it had everything we needed, from coffee filters to makeup towels, and extra toothbrush’s if needed. Those little things really stood out to me. Overall the place was very clean and in great condition. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We also really enjoyed the location. Margaret was great, checked up on us and made sure we had all the info for checking in.

We visit the beach every year, and this was the best place we've stayed so far. It had plenty of room for the five of us, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big breakfast every morning. It was a great location with a wonderful view. We will definitely try to rent this unit again.

Excellent vacation. Weather was great, we were lucky that hurricane Erin turned out to sea. Ocean water was a little rough, but the facility and pool were very nice. Elevators were fast with only minimal wait times. Ocean views were fabulous. Host does a great job in communicating and responding. Can't wait until we return again for another vacation.

Wonderful in All Ways

Beautifully kept, clean condo with stellar wrap-around views of the ocean. Margaret was a wonderful and attentive host who made it clear she wanted us to have a successful stay in her condo. We would definitely return to this place.

Perfect stay

This property is exactly as described. The main porch was smaller than we are used to but when you are inside there are views of the ocean from every window so it feels like you have a huge porch. I loved how much light there was in the unit. Even on rainy days it was great.The unit was spotless when we arrived and the host was fantastic in her personal communication before and throughout the trip.The storage closet downstairs was amazing. It made our trips down to the beach so easy and helped keep the unit clean and virtually sand free. The decor is dated, but the very simple color scheme makes it not feel dated. It just feels light and airy. We would definitely stay here again.

Never disappoints!

This is our third time staying at one of Margaret’s properties and the second time at this unit We are never disappointed everything from the cleanliness to the all the necessities in the unit…AMAZING! The view is breathtaking!

The Best

It was definitely the way it was explained very beautiful,very clean,location was great just absolutely perfect.would definitely go back in a hart beat. All four of that stayed there was over 65 and we all enjoyed it.Margaret was great to work with and so informative her home was beautiful.

Great place!

We have stayed in many places in Myrtle and while all have been excellent this was the best and now is our favorite. It's beautiful and comfortable with easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping We had a wonderful time and would love to go back next year.

Fabulous rental

This VRBO was one of the best my husband and I have ever rented. The communication from the owner Margaret Williams was outstanding as well as her efforts in accommodating our needs. The condo had stunning views inside and out which prompted us to eat in more often. The unit was very clean and perfectly stocked for our needs. There were starter supplies ( which lasted us the entire week) and other very convenient and thoughtful items for the renters. The beds and linens were great; very comfortable with a luxury feel. I also do not want to forget the convenient use of the storage closet equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and more. The condo was relatively quiet and people staying at the condo were very friendly and respectful. We always had a parking space no matter time of day. The pool and beach never felt crowded offering plenty of space. Lastly the location was easily accessible to highway 17, restaurants, golfing, night clubs, shopping and more. We give this a 10/10 thanks to Margaret!

Great place to experience the Beach

The condo is beautiful with full view of the ocean. We were able to see breathtaking sunrises as well as a thunderous light storm over the water. The condo is extremely clean, very comfortable and accommodating! The host, M Williams is always kind and courteous as well as checked on us once we arrived.We highly recommend their condo for vacationing.
