We have stayed at Byre Cottage before and it was lovely. We needed somewhere to stay to get to a local country fair and this property agent was the first we thought about.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us again! We're so pleased to hear that Byre Cottage came to mind when you needed a place for the country fair. It’s always a pleasure to welcome back returning guests, and we hope you had a wonderful time at the event. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!
The cottage was in a lovely location and first impressions were very good, but we had an issue with the central heating which didn’t get resolved and spent the majority of the break cold especially in the bedrooms.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very glad you enjoyed the location and first impressions of the cottage. We’re truly sorry about the issue with the central heating during your stay and that it left you feeling cold, especially in the bedrooms. This isn’t the experience we want for our guests. We have since addressed the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the warm and comfortable visit you expected.
