Harbour View - A well appointed apartment with great views

Harbour View is a first floor apartment with beautiful views of the harbour and the Welsh coastline in the distance. Located in Ilfracombe within walking distance of the town centre and the many facilities offered by this pretty seaside town.

The apartment is situated in a Regency building offering stunning views directly over the harbour and including Damien Hirsts Verity. The apartment is first floor and accessed via the main front entrance of the building. The lounge is open plan and includes the kitchen/dining area, so you can enjoy the fabulous views whilst dining and preparing dinner. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer dryer in the cupboard in the hall.

The main bedroom provides a king size bed and views of the harbour. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds. A smart TV is provided in the lounge and there are TVs in both bedrooms. Internet access is generally very good. There is allocated parking outside the front entrance for one car.

Pets are welcome and on the other side of the road is St James Park, which is ideal for exercising your dogs. Two well behaved dogs are allowed but must not be left alone in the apartment.

All bedding and towels are provided except for beach towels. The building is in a raised position from the road and there are bus stops almost outside.

It is an ideal base for families, walkers, dog owners and surfers wishing to visit the beaches at Woolcombe, Saunton Sands and Croyde. Ilfracombe also offers several character beaches, including the famous Tunnel Beaches. It is very close to Exmoor National Park and one of Britain's most haunted houses, Chambercombe Manor, is very close by.
