Our Caravan offers a slower, calmer countryside escape without the noise and busyness often found on larger holiday parks.

This is not a loud or rowdy site with large groups, parties or children running around everywhere. It is a peaceful working equestrian smallholding designed for guests wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy the quieter side of life and meet the ponies

Both Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea are less than 10 minutes away by car, offering beaches, amusements, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets close by when you want them 🤍

Nestled in a private field on our working equestrian smallholding in Trusthorpe, Velvets View is the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by grazing horses and birdsong, this peaceful retreat offers a cosy countryside stay.
