We felt that the condo was in a perfect location and very comfortable for 4 people.

The condo could use an update in the kitchen cupboards. The fridge and dishwasher were fine but the stove was very old and dirty but it functioned.
Our only criticism was that we were given no information about the pool furniture, how to get water, ice or any method of public transport upon arrival. Very few staff spoke any English but our neighbouring condo dwellers were very helpful. In time we found our way to amenities.
I received an e-mail stating that our $500.00 U.S. has been refunded to my credit card on Mar. 16, 2019. As of today, Mar. 19, 2019 there has been NO refund. I am wondering where this refund went as I have not received it.
