Apartment was having plumbing issues and water was not working, could not take a shower or flush the toilets, so we left to book a hotel. Terrible experience.

We sincerely regret that this situation affected your stay and understand the inconvenience it may have caused. As soon as you informed us that there was no water, we immediately dispatched maintenance staff to the apartment. Upon arrival, we heard running water, indicating a tap was left open. No one was on the property, so we requested and received your permission to enter. Once inside, we confirmed that the water supply had been restored and it was only necessary to close a tap that had been left open. As soon as the issue was resolved, we contacted you to inform you. At that time, you indicated that you had already moved to a hotel and had not expected the problem to be resolved so quickly. We regret that this situation affected your experience. We always strive to address any issues as quickly as possible to minimize inconvenience to our guests, and we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.
