The house is divided as follows: A small entrance area leads directly into the cosy living room, to the left of which is a small bedroom with a 90 cm wide bed, followed by a bathroom. Next is the kitchen, which is equipped with a modern ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. From here you also have direct access to the beautiful terrace. Also from the kitchen, a staircase leads to the first floor with 3 further bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a large double bed and a small private terrace with views of the pool and the surrounding ochre-coloured roofs. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and are furnished with a double bed and another with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.



The house is built with stone walls to keep the interior cool in the hot summer months and there is central heating for cosy winter stays.

High-speed internet with 600 Mbps fibre optic ensures a fast connection, ideal for remote working or streaming. The house also has a SmartTV for entertainment.



There is also a barbecue and a garden table with chairs, which is ideal for grilling local produce and enjoying delicious meals al fresco. This is ideal for socialising. The sun loungers by the pool provide the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun.





Highlights

The heated swimming pool is suitable for athletes and cyclists and is only available between 1 November and 1 June for 250 euros per week. After this time, the weather here is very warm and there is no need to heat the pool.



The town centre is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the local shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural attractions without a car.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Puerto de Pollença (harbour) is 6 km away in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. In contrast to other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a large selection of cafés and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.
