Tastefully decorated, this lovely 65 m² apartment is conveniently located near various top attractions, shops, and supermarkets. There are also numerous restaurants in the surrounding areas offering a variety of gastronomic options.

Important note: it is on the 2nd floor without a lift (you must climb two flights of stairs to get to the flat's entrance).

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also features a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available for those who wish to do their laundry.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and a wardrobe, and they come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience.

Please note that the baby crib is available upon request only. Also, the flat is situated on the second floor, and the first flight of stairs is somewhat steep. There is no lift in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is situated in a prime location for exploring the city. Just a short distance away, guests can visit the historic Castelo de São Jorge and take a ride on the iconic Santa Justa Lift, Chiado, Cais do Sodré, bairro alto, etc. For dining and entertainment options, the renowned Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa and the homely Trindade restaurant and bar are just steps away. With its convenient location and proximity to popular attractions, this location is the perfect choice for travellers looking to experience the best of Lisbon.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance to several major metro stations, including Lisboa Rossio (3 minutes walk), Rossio (5 minutes walk), and Baixa-Chiado (5 minutes walk). This makes it an ideal base for exploring the city and all it has to offer. With its great location and easy access to public transportation, guests can easily visit popular attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
