Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

The apartment was great but finding the specific unit was difficult as we needed phone service in Portugal to communicate with the rental company and locate the apartment before gaining access. Once we were in, it was perfect for 2 couples and we had easy access to Rua Augusta. There was no street noise in the apartment when the windows were closed and our stay was very comfortable.

Excellent location, very clean, easy check-in and check-out. Only recommendation would be to supply basic necessities to be able to use amenities--dishwasher and washing machine detergents, roll of paper towels, extra garbage bags, and hand towel for powder room. Otherwise, enjoyed the apartment.

Location location location

No stairs it has an elevator. Great location!! Wonderful clean condo. Lots of room!! The extra small 2piece bathroom was a nice touch. Just an fyi the door lock was extremely hard to open. I thought I would break the key. Also be careful of the shower doors . Make sure they are tightly closed. But that’s it for the negative. This is a superb property and if I am in Lisbon I would DEFINITELY rent this place again!!!!

Overall it was amazing place. Very well located and a beautiful apartment. My only problem was at check in. I understand I arrive Christmas day, so I’ll understand the lack of communication. It took me a little bit to get a response back while I was at the door and the person took 17 minutes to respond. Also it was hard to find the keys. Anything else was spectacular. We really enjoyed the stay.

We have been wanting to come to Lisbon for years. This was the perfect place for us to stay centrally located to many restaurants Close to where we booked tours also and close to the river Staying with another couple or a family of 4 this is great

Perfect place to stay in Lisbon

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Lisbon’s historic area is the perfect place to stay. The location is just steps away from the Augusta Arch and the Tagus river front. The rooms were spacious and modern. Entry was quick and easy and the host service responded quickly to any issues. I will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip to Lisbon.

Very nice clean property located at center of down town area. Safe location, and easy access to all many attraction area. Our family was very happy with this location, and we were glad, we stayed this place instead of other hotel. Highly recommend this to any one, who visiting Lisbon. I definitely give 5 stars, thumbs 👍 up!
