Ideally located close to the town centre giving you excellent access to all the town has to offer, be it ancient pubs filled with character or one of the many delightful restaurants all within walking distance.
The house is ideal for large groups and comfortably sleeps 8 people. It boasts a double bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, two twin rooms, a single room and a family bathroom. In addition, there are two lounges one of which can double up as the 5th bedroom with a double sofa bed and interior curtains for privacy. The main lounge has a 4k TV with a corner sofa and a two seater sofa.
The large open plan kitchen diner has a six burner gas hob and double oven perfect for cooking up a banquet or hosting a large family gathering. There is ample worktop space for food preparation and a two seat breakfast bar for informal dining. The large dining table comfortably seats 8 and is a great open plan social space.
In addition, there are the usual items you would expect at home such as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee pots. Ample crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses making it the ideal place for a family get together.
The utility room has a cloakroom as well as a washing machine, iron, ironing board and airer should you need them.
There is a secure back garden suitable for your pet dog and tables and chairs to enjoy the outside space in warmer times.
The drive is long enough for two cars to park securely and there is a parking permit for an additional vehicle should you need it. Please tell us in advance so we can make it available, we charge £25 for the permit. It is valid for your whole stay.
