Lodge 32 is a spacious and welcoming three-bedroom retreat, perfect for families and groups. It features bright open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, and stylish interiors with vaulted ceilings. Two of the three bedrooms have private ensuites, plus a modern family bathroom. Relax in the cosy lounge or dine together in the airy space, with a pull-down bed neatly stored within a wardrobe/cupboard in the living area accommodating two additional guests.



The Space:

Step into a peaceful countryside escape with this three-bedroom lodge. Designed with comfort, space, and relaxation in mind, Lodge 32 is perfect for family and group stays. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a warm, homely atmosphere enhanced by vaulted wooden ceilings, soft lighting, and thoughtfully arranged interiors that look out onto the golf course and views of the surrounding countryside.



Situated on the first floor, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with ample worktop space, modern appliances, and a seamless flow into the dining area, making cooking and entertaining effortless. The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area, flooded with natural light from large windows and doors. Whether you’re gathering around the dining table for a hearty meal or unwinding on the plush sofas in front of the TV, this space is ideal for both socialising and relaxing after a day of exploring. The family bathroom is conveniently situated on this floor, adding to the practicality that this property offers.



Walk downstairs to the ground floor and you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night’s sleep. Two of the bedrooms benefit from private ensuite bathrooms, offering added convenience and a touch of luxury, ideal for couples or guests seeking extra privacy.



To provide even more flexibility, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 2 additional guests using a pull-down bed neatly stored within a wardrobe/cupboard in the living area, making it an excellent choice for larger groups or extended families.



Guest Access:

The keys to Lodge 32 are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.



There is space for 2 cars directly outside the lodge, with overflow parking a short walk away.



Service dogs are welcome at the property.



Travel Cot is available at the property, please provide your own linen.



Lodge 32 also offers EV charging. The charging points are in the hotel car park, just a short distance from the lodge.



The Neighborhood:

Set within the peaceful grounds of Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, Lodge 32 enjoys beautiful views over the golf course and surrounding countryside, offering a perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience.

The swimming pool at Belton Woods Hotel is available for guests to use with a day pass. The Spa at the hotel is also open to the public, and there are various spa treatments on offer for you to enjoy.

Surrounded by 475 acres of scenic woodland, it’s an ideal setting for relaxing walks and unwinding in nature.

Just a short walk from the lodge, guests can enjoy access to the hotel’s facilities, including two 18-hole golf courses The Lakes Course and The Woods Course as well as a TrackMan driving range, perfect for golf enthusiasts.

A short drive away is Belton House, a stunning National Trust property with elegant gardens and a deer park, while the nearby market town of Grantham (around 3 miles away) offers a great selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants. With attractions such as Belvoir Castle and Woolsthorpe Manor also within easy reach, Lodge 32 is perfectly placed for exploring the best of the Lincolnshire countryside.



Getting Around:

Belton Woods offers a peaceful countryside setting while still being well-connected for exploring the area. The easiest way to get around is by car, with free parking available and quick access to nearby towns, attractions, and major roads. Rutland Water is a lovely place to visit where you can hire out bikes approx. 38 mins by car



Grantham town centre is just a short 5–10 minute drive (around 3 miles) away, where you’ll find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and local amenities. For those using public transport, there are local bus services running into Grantham, though travel times may be longer and less frequent.



Grantham railway station provides excellent connections, including direct trains to London King’s Cross in just over an hour. There are also direct services to York (approximately 47 minutes) and Lincoln (around 38 minutes), making it ideal for both leisure and business travel. Taxis are readily available and can be arranged easily for short journeys.



For guests looking to explore the surrounding countryside, having a car is highly recommended to fully enjoy nearby attractions, villages, and scenic spots at your own pace.
