This charming 55 m² apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. Located on the 1st floor with convenient lift access, it's thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home from arrival.

Step into the modern kitchen—a warm, open space ideal for socializing over meals. It's equipped with all the essentials, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, and cookware, to make cooking easy and enjoyable. The living area is a cozy haven with a comfortable sitting area, TV, and a dining table for four, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The apartment has two beautifully decorated ensuite bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed and ample storage space.

The bathrooms come fully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you'll have everything you need to relax and refresh.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the charming balcony, or take a moment to unwind in the exterior for sunshine and fresh air.

If you work remotely, you can work in the annex, which has been converted into an office in the exterior. It is equipped with a bathroom, a desk, and a sofa for relaxing during work breaks.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in a vibrant area of Porto, R. de Álvares Cabral 303 offers easy access to some of the city’s most beloved attractions. Just a short walk away is Igreja da Lapa, a historic church known for its beautiful architecture and serene ambience. The nearby Jardim Teófilo Braga (also called Jardim da Praça da República) provides a peaceful spot to relax or take a stroll, surrounded by lush greenery. This location allows visitors to enjoy Porto’s unique mix of culture and history at every turn.

Only a 15-minute walk from Avenida dos Aliados, Porto’s lively central avenue, guests can quickly reach popular landmarks like the Clérigos Tower and Livraria Lello, one of the most famous bookstores in the world. With its proximity to excellent restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops, this area is a fantastic starting point for discovering Porto's many charms.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Lapa, is just a 700-meter walk. Praça da República bus station is 350 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
