Introducing COCKLESHELL by CROYDEHOLIDAYS - a typical seaside holiday cottage with all those wonderful home comforts and within a 10minute walk from the golden sands of Croyde beach. This well equipped cottage has a good standard of furnishings and equipment provided throughout and this two bedroomed semi detached property has a private driveway, Wii games console for entertaining and also a lovely enclosed rear courtyard garden to unwind in after a full day spent on the beach. Croyde village is within a short walking distance with a selection of traditional pubs, bars and bistros if you fancy dining out rather than eating in, but if you do decide to stay at home, Cockleshells modern kitchen has all the amenities you'll need for catering for your family.
PROPERTY:
Open plan lounge with two blue two seater sofas, LCD flat screen TV with DVD player and Wii games console with selection of DVDS and Wii games.
Kitchen diner with a dining table at one end and a modern kitchen at the other, with a hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle as well as all the other essential kitchen utensils you need while self catering. The back door leads out to set of steps and an enclosed courtyard garden.
1ST FLOOR
Master bedroom- Kingsize bed with a wall mounted LCD TV, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom two - Twin beds, bedside table and chest of drawers.
The family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, washbasin and W.C.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
Garden furniture and coal BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. Fully enclosed rear garden of patio and shingle with rear garage access for secure storage for surfboards, wetsuits or bikes.

At the main traffic lights in Braunton take the left to Saunton, Croyde Georgeham B3231
Follow this road past Saunton into Croyde.
Pass Unison Croyde bay holiday park on your left; Second cul de sac on the right is Ora Stone.
Follow to the top of the culdesac and Cockleshell can be found near the top on the right hand side (17)
