Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy both the views of the ocean as well as the pools.

Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy both the views of the ocean as well as the pools.
As of 2025, all of the carpet has been removed and replaced with stunning LVP!
Upon entering, guests will enter through the bedroom. The bedroom features 1 king sized bed, beautiful decor, dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, AC unit, blackout curtains, and closet. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
The kitchen area located in-between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen features a full size stove and oven, oversized cabinet space, a microwave, custom, beachy countertops, full size fridge, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are an exceptional amount of options to choose from; many of which are a short walk / ride from the Landmark. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular in the area.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink. A rare-find in these condos, this one has a half bath as well!
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean views. The living room is the most popular area of the apartment, and it features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), accent chair, AC unit, commercial blackout curtains, TV with digital cable, and a dining table with stools. The entire condo has been beautifully decorated, and our guests appreciate the beachy accents! Many of our guests have spotted dolphins, whales, sharks, and other wildlife from the balcony! Past guests have also shared photos of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The entire unit smells like smoke yet it’s described as a non smoking unit.
The description of this property is misleading through omission of many important details and explicit deception that this unit is non smoking. There is a stench of smoke throughout the unit. This is obvious once the can of febreeze sprayed throughout the unit evaporates. The property is next to beach public parking so it’s a very, very crowded beach (unlike the picture of a deserted beach posted). Parking for the unit is approximately a 15 minute walk from the unit. The unit is on the 13th floor, another omitted detail. There’s a loud air conditioner running on the balcony. Other property owners have been honest in their postings, explaining their unit is part of a dated resort. But these property owners conceal this. The operating realty company of this unit is NOT forthcoming. After I was told I would receive a refund for the rest of my stay due to the smoke stench I found out the realty personnel’s husband entered the unit while my teen daughter was sleeping unbeknownst to me. The realty company then retracted their verbal promise to reimburse me because this personnel’s husband did not smell smoke when he entered (without notification). I could overlook the details prevoiusly mentioned. But the stench of smoke when it’s advertised as non smoking and the realty company’s treatment of this issue was the reason we left after one night without reimbursement. I have never had such an awful experience with a rental unit and it’s property owners.

Hey Lynda, SO many false claims in your review and I will address each. This unit IS non-smoking. We personally evaluated the room (we're also non-smokers) and found no odors of such. Nonetheless, we STILL offered to complete an air treatment in the room and you declined. The parking garage is directly across the street and there is a crosswalk going across the street so you don't even have to wait or bother with traffic. It's literally a 2 minute walk. In addition to this, there is 15 min load/unload spots directly in front of the resort. This resort doesn't even have a 13th floor. Our unit is located on the 12th floor. You told us you were leaving is why we sent someone by to evaluate it. But when he opened the door, you were still there. It's pretty obvious you were just looking for a free stay.
