Villa Lana is a modern holiday home with a private pool situated in the prestigious Lapad district of Dubrovnik. This newly built property offers magnificent views of the Gruž Harbour and the Franjo Tuđman Bridge and a convenient location away from the busier areas while still being just a short stroll to the seafront and all the amenities available on this enchanting peninsular.

The villa sleeps 8 guests and is distributed over two levels with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the lower level; two master bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms (one with a hydro-massage bath tub), two double bedrooms with twin beds that share a bathroom with shower and two additional utility areas for clothes and cleaning. On the upper level, you will find a guest cloakroom (w/c) and a spacious living/dining area with an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and includes a centre island, the dining area has a large table for 8, and the lounge area is complete with modern leather sofas, Smart SAT TV and DVD player. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors capture the views and give access to the outside. A refreshing retreat on hot summer days, the terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, poolside shower and al fresco dining furniture. A barbecue grill is also provided for evenings spent enjoying leisurely meals and the colourful skies as the sun sets over the sea.
