Summary:
We are proud to present La Zenia Cocoon, a luxurious penthouse located in Green Hills Residential, Orihuela Costa. This apartment boasts an open living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a solarium with a jacuzzi, lounge area and outdoor shower. There is plenty of entertainment with four Televisions (one in each bedroom and living room) and two PlayStation´s 4 consoles as well as its impressive communal areas including, two outdoor pools, a children's play area, a spa area with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and gym which guests can use for free.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
You enter the property into the open-plan living space, here you will find the kitchen and dining space as well as the living room which has a cozy sofa, television with international channels etc. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has twin single beds (which can be transformed into a double bed) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed which sleeps two people. Both the second and third bedrooms have PlayStation 4´s. All televisions support Chromecast. The family bathroom has a shower, W/C , a boiler, and a washing machine. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating for extra comfort. There is both hot/cold air conditioning vented throughout the property and WIFI.
The balcony has a six-person dining table and chairs as well as two armchairs
The private solarium is accessed from the balcony. Up there you have a comfortable seating area and sun loungers to relax on after using the private jacuzzi and outdoor shower, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing. Also included in the rental is a parking space an underground parking spot where you can safely park the car.

The Neighborhood:
La Zenia Cocoon is located in the heart of Orihuela Costa near to Los Dolses and Villamartin. There's plenty of things to do nearby with multiple golf courses (Golf Villamartín, Real Club de Golf de Campoamor and Golf Las Ramblas de Campoamor), several blue-flagged beaches (Playa de la Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Playa Cala Cerrada, Playa Punta Prima...), plenty of shops and restaurants. The biggest outdoor shopping center in Spain, Zenia Boulevard, is only a couple of minutes away.
Los Dolses commercial centre and Dialprix supermarket are your nearest direct amenities and are only a ten-minute walk away. Dialprix is a reasonable-sized supermarket where you can easily purchase all essentials. Centro Comercial Los dolses has an English butcher, many bars and restaurants for you to choose from.
For family fun days out, you have Orihuela Costa Go-Karting along the N332 is a 5-minute drive. There are water parks in both in Torrevieja (Aquapolis) and Ciudad Quesada (Aquapark) which are open from June to September, they are both within a 15–25-minute drive.
Getting Around:
Alicante and Murcia airports are only a 40-minute drive away from the property and the property is situated near both the N332 And AP7 exit 763. A car can easily be rented at the airport or we can arrange airport transfer if required.
