Location, location, location! The apartment was the perfect place from which to see all Sevilla has to offer. Beautifully appointed with lovely outdoor space, as well. Maria was beyond helpful and was an absolute delight! Cannot recommend enough!Michael H.

This property is in a perfect location. La Setas is in your backyard and in easy walking distance to every place we wanted to go. The street and property are very quiet, so when you want to take time to cool down and recharge, you are able to do it in peace. The building is well maintained with plenty of tile and lush plants in the courtyard.There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, including Salsamente just across the street. It was always packed, but we were able to grab a table one day and found out why it's so popular - great food and engaging staff. The El Jamon supermercado, also across the street, gave us easy access to groceries.Maria is a very communicative host, providing helpful suggestions for making our visit to Seville memorable. She has created a beautiful space which is welcoming and comfortable. The beds and blackout curtains make for a very easy sleep.The apartment is great for two couples. Everyone has their own bedroom and bath, on separate floors. The apartment is not only sheltered from street noise, but noise within the unit. We were in the second floor bedroom and never heard anything from the first floor.The only possible negative about the apartment is the staircase to the second floor; it can feel a bit challenging. We are 70 and active, so had no problems, but I can imagine there might be less agile folks who would want to stay in the bedroom on the first floor.We would love to return to Seville and to this lovely space.

Die Unterkunft war ideal. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Sehenswürdigen von Sevilla lassen sich gut erlaufen. Gleichzeitig bietet die Wohnung einen guten Rückzugsort. Durch den Hof ist es sehr ruhig auch wenn es draußen sehr belebt ist. Es gibt einen Supermarkt vor der Haustür und sehr viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Maria hat uns in allen Fragen sehr unterstützt. Vielen lieben Dank für Alles!
