Great stay

I had a great stay in this apartment! I was there for over a month and it was very livable and comfortable. I appreciated how it was decorated as well! It was in a great location (within short walking distance to many local sights and great restaurants) but the street outside could get a bit busy and noisy with cars and people.

Recommended for your visit to Sevilla

Cute loft apartment within easy walking distance of the main tourist zone and Alameda de Hercules (for some great dining options). Nice to be in a neighborhood away from the tourist crush. Hostess Maria was super helpful, warm and welcoming. Flowers, wine and beer were a nice touch! Kitchen well equipped for some basic cooking. 2 bathrooms were a plus.

séjour Séville

Appartement très agréable pour 2 couples que nous étions. 2 salles de bains et 2 WC. Appartement duplex, bien équipé et décoré, très propre. Seul bémol, l'arrivée compliquée pour récupérer les clefs. Nous français ne sommes pas habitués à ce système. La clef se trouve dans un boitier sur un mur et il faut ouvrir une fenêtre pour prendre la clef avec un code que nous avons eu au dernier moment par téléphone. Nous aurions préférés être reçus par une personne. C'est une personne de l'immeuble qui en passant nous a indiqué comment cela fonctionnait. Nous le saurons pour une prochaine fois. Après cette difficulté, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. N'ayant vu personne pour remettre les clefs, nous les avons remises dans le boitier ou nous les avons trouvées avec le code de départ. Nous avons envoyé des SMS au propriétaires restés sans réponse pour lui signaler que nous avions rendu l'appartement aussi propre que trouvé et remis la clef à l'endroit trouvé. Nous recommandons cependant cet appartement abordable par rapport à ce qui se pratique à Séville.

Très bon séjour. Très bon accueil, je recommande cet appartement.il faudrait juste des flexibles avec douchette pour la douche, mais sinon rien à redire.
