This space opens directly onto a south-facing balcony. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a shower room. This bedroom also provides direct access to a south-facing balcony. An open kitchen with a bar connects seamlessly to the living area, and a separate WC is also located on this floor.

The upper floor features 2 additional bedrooms, both characterized by sloping ceilings and without built-in wardrobes.
