Clean and comfortable, good customer service

We booked a same day trip and bloom were very responsive to confirm our stay within an hour or so. The property was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and had useful local information. There were also a few books, games and toys that helped entertain the kids. The back garden was very pretty and the view over the sea at Sandgate from the sitting room lovely. Well located for local amenities and beach also close to Folkestone and Hythe where we enjoyed trips and the little train to Dungeness during our impromptu weekend.

Old and tired

Especially for the cost, this property is old, tired and needs a really good clean. Surface level it looks ok on arrival but there were dirty towels still on the back of the bedroom door, used cotton buds in the bathroom bin and hair in the bed. The rest is really just quite old and tired and needs a really deep clean, lots of pet hairs in the carpets, if you happen to have allergies or small children roaming round on the floor. Location is good, short walk into Sandgate high street and across from the beach.

Sehr angenehmes Reihenhausmittelstück in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wer die Treppen nicht scheut, kann hier wundervolle Tage verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Aufenthalt im verglasten Küchenbereich großartig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Südostküste sind von hier aus bestens mit dem PKW zu erreichen.
