Comfy beds, clean and well stocked rooms, clean facilities... all on resort. So much to do, great place for families. The grounds were really kept up nice.

Nice resort and friendly staff but a few problems
A very nice resort and convenient to WDW. First unit we checked into had to AC working. But they switched us without too much problem. Other unit dishwasher did not work. We just couldn't wash the dishes, but didn't know that until halfway through our stay. Otherwise, rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the many pools and hot tubs.

We did not get to stay one night in this place. It was horrible. To start it took over an hour to check in. Then when I go to the room they were still in it I guess cleaning it. It smelled funny but I was running late for our dinner reservations so we left our stuff there and rushed to dinner. We got back and my daughter went to her room to get ready for bed. When she pulled back the sheets there were bugs on her pillow. When I went in the master bedroom there were bugs in the lights over the toilet and the light over he sink was FULL of bugs. I called the front desk and they keep giving me the run-around. Finally after 2 hours and numerous calls one person came out and said yep there are bugs in the room. After that we went to the front desk and told them we wanted a refund, we were unable to get any refund except $21 in extra taxes they charged at check in. It was a nightmare. Other issues, this was not the room pictured in the ad. It was straight from the 80's. Old room not the nice modern room we paid for. The front desk tried to charge us for the pet fee again and said we had to attend a tour even after I paid full price for 2 nights. I am very lucky I only live a little over an hour away because if I was from out of state I would have had even a worse experience. This ruined my daughter's 18th Birthday weekend plans. I have messaged the owner numerous times and no answer. They were quick to answer before getting my money now all I get is silence.

the Westgate experience was overall good. Condo was clean and adequate for our family.
We did have a problem with the transportation to and from the park whick we discussed with management. The bus dropped us off but didn’t return to pick us up until after several phone calls. We waited with three children and a baby for over an hour before someone picked us up.
