The modern kitchen with an island is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, stovetop, washing machine, dryer, and TV, providing everything needed for a quality stay. The three double bedrooms offer ample space and privacy for each guest. There are also two elegantly furnished bathrooms, one of which is complete with a shower.



Equipped with WiFi, heating, and air conditioning, the apartment ensures a comfortable stay in any season. Access is managed via self-check-in, allowing maximum independence. Each guest is provided with clean bed linens, a set of two towels, slippers and a small personal hygiene kit.



Check-in is possible only from 4PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
