Cottage adjoining another cottage, with a view of a pond in the Vendée bocage

Located at the Moulinotte Foussais-Payré, small town with character, 70m² house, fully equipped kitchen open to living room, 1 shower room and 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90).
You can enjoy the covered terrace overlooking the pond, barbecue and a small fenced garden for children.
In a green and calm setting, you can recharge your batteries, relax ... just with family or with friends or a large family because it is adjoining (but remains independent) to another gîte which can accommodate up to 14 people, which makes a total of 20 people.
Departure from hiking trails, 2 mins by car you can fish on the river 'la Vendée' with an area for parking and picnic tables.

Un petit paradis

Un lieu magnifique, au pied d'un étang avec des reflets magnifiques, le calme absolu, une terrasse magique. Un lieu parfait pour changer d'air et décompresser. Hôte aimable et très serviable, à recommander.

Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et le gite correspondait à nos attentes .l atmosphère y est reposante et nous avons apprécié la compagnie des oies et des chèvres.IL permet un accès rapide aux grandes métropoles et la région nous a beaucoup plu notamment le marais poitevin.A recommander aux personnes aimant le calme et le charme des vielles batisses.

Parfait pour ce séjour en famille. L'accueil est à la hauteur. Nous avons apprécié la propreté. La literie est de qualité dans toutes les chambres. Nous étions 20 à table sans avoir à aucun moment l'impression d'être à l'étroit. Rien ne manque en cuisine. Les abords du gîte sont agréables. Nous aurions aimé profiter des terrasses, mais au mois de décembre... Nous sommes tous partant pour le louer à nouveau l'an prochain

bonjour, Après une semaine passée à "la laiterie," nous sommes bien arrivés à Legé. Nous ne cessons pas de faire bénéficier nos amis pour les encourager à faire le choix d'un séjour tel l que nous l'avons vécu.. L'acceuil est chalereux. La disponibilité que vous nous offrez si l'on rencontre des difficultés est appréciable.et ce service nous est bien précieux et rassurant. L'état des lieux était à l'arrivée impeccable et nous avons fait le maximun pour le restituer à l'identique.Ceci fut très facile car les appareils ménagers mis à notre disposition sont permonants et rien ne manque. Le calme,le paysage , la compagnie des animauxx ne font qu'enrichir le séjour. Le lieu est splendide et bien que d'origine vendéenne je fus complétement dépaysée. Pourquoi,pour les vacances faire des kilomètres lorsque l'on est à la porte du paradis.? Amicalement: Famille BOUGUER

la laiterie superbe séjour

location qui corespond à l'annonce.bon accueil de gaêtan séjour très agréable et calme donnant sur un étang avec une terrasse couverte fortement apprèciée par la chaleur pris tout les repas dehors avec un joli cadre il ne manque rien au gite même les jeux pour les enfants les wc séparé de la salle de bain fort confortable.en ce qui concerne les chambre s grand placards pour ranger les vêtements site tres calme pour le repos à reservez sans soucis
