Entrance on the ground floor, living room with new kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and double sofa bed - double bedroom - bathroom with shower.
From the kitchen you access the covered external porch, with washing machine, furnished with table and chairs where you can eat.
The property is completed by air conditioning in every room and wi-fi service. Pets allowed.
