Situated just 600m from the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello this is the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday or to explore the magical region of Puglia.

This original trullo dates back to the 1800 however has been kindly modernised while holding the natural beautiful of years gone by.
The electric gates open to the spectacular outside area and 10m x 5m (1.4m deep) private swimming pool where you can relax on the sun loungers after a swim and spend evenings dining alfresco after making fresh pizzas in the pizza oven or cooking local produce on the barbecue.
The outside dining area is shaded and lit for family evenings at the property.
Set in 2.5 acres of private land with olive, figs, cherry and almond trees which you are welcome to pick at your leisure.

On entering this lovely trullo you will arrive into the tastefully decorated living / dining area which leading into the fully equipped kitchen should you wish to cook at the property.
There are 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms downstairs and 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
Stairs lead to the spacious bedroom upstairs where there are 3 single beds.

Owned and personally managed by the Italian owners who stay locally and who are always available should you need them.

Ideally located on the edge of Alberobello and just 20 minutes drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast and a great location for exploring the Puglian towns of Locorotondo, Martina Franca (City of Festivals), Ostuni (The White City), Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and many more.

Great relaxing stay in a characterful property. Close to 2 good restaurants and decent supermarket. Walk into the town a little tricky due to train line so, take the longer route on google maps via the level crossing in the town. Lots of restaurants there and fab gelato! Only slight negatives would be the AC is only in a central location in the property and not for each room, hence it was not all that efficient during our August visit (30 deg C ). Also movements from upstairs bedroom flooring results in quite a lot of noise in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Having said that, we had a great time and the daily pool cleaning by Nicolo and the changing of sheets and towels midweek by Mina was a really nice and unexpected touch. Overall we recommend a family stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again - many thanks.

A hidden gem close to Alberobello

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property in Alberobello. The trullo has everything you need for very comfortable holiday. The highlight is undoubtedly the stunning 10m x 5m pool which is crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and ideal for cooling off after a day exploring the local area.The outdoor space is what sets this place apart. A fairytale setting filled with olive and fruit trees that creates a peaceful and private surrounding.Evenings were magical, we made pizzas in the traditional pizza oven and barbecued under the stars with the built-in barbecue, dining alfresco surrounded by nature. The outside area is well cared for, offering both shaded relaxation spots and sunny areas to soak up the Southern Italian sunshine.If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic countryside escape close to the local town this property is everything you could wish for and much more.

The property is not managed by any of the many management companies in the area. They are passionate to ensure your holiday is a very special experience. There are very few properties that are situated in the countryside however are within walking distance of restaurants and a town, this is one of these. Tranquilly set in acres of private land and with a spectacular outside living space which you will want to return to after exploring the area.
