(Text automatically translated) Beautiful house with three trulli (with kitchen extension and patio) with one-hectare garden in the heart of the Itrian Valley. Large pool of 12x6m built in 2011. Superb terrace of 50 m2 with garden full of character with its vineyards, olive and fruit trees, with magnificent views of the valley d'Itria and many trulli houses. A haven of peace in the countryside. The property is 3 km from Martina Franca, charming Baroque city that offers visitors a multitude of cultural events and great restaurants. A few kilometers away is Alberobello, the trulli town classified by Unesco Locorotondo and its famous white wine , Ostuni, the white city and Cisternino. At 20 km the sea and choice, equipped beaches and its beautiful coves . With private parking for 4/5 cars protected via electric gate. Completely renovated in 2006, new bathroom in 2010, new pool built in 2011. The kitchen extension and trulli renovation completed in 2018. All doors and windows are brand new, with quality material and anti-mosquito nets. The price includes a welcome pack, bed linen and towels, electricity, water and gas. Additional linen can be provided on request. (30 eur per set). Weekly cleaning for longer stays, but can be arranged with the desired frequency. Cooking classes or a chef on premises or art classes available on demand. Location preferably from Saturday to Saturday, but flexible subject to availability.

Magnificent villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Villa was modern, very clean, pool was just amazing, very nice and quite location but close to the city. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this lovely Trulli. Anna the owner was there to greet us late at night. The pool area is particularly big and some days we didn’t feel the need to leave. It’s the perfect spot to relax and completely switch off. We loved it.

Fantastic trulli villa with great location

Amazing villa close to martina franca locorontodo stunk and alberobello. The villa had everything we needed, very comfortable and well equipped. The gardens around the beautiful pool are beautiful. We would definitely come back in one of our next trips to Puglia.

Fantastic place

We had a fantastic time in this recently renovated Trulli! Beautiful and large pool, nice garden surrounding it and everything you need inside the house as well. Location is ideal to explore the area, in the middle between Cisternino and Martina Franca, but also very close to Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, the beaches at Torre Canne, Monopoli, ... Also perfectly hosted by the owners Anna and Giuseppe, who were very helpful! Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting the Itrian Valley / Puglia.

Amazing find in Puglia

We have just returned back from a week in this beautiful villa and the pictures online do not do the place justice! It is an amazing holiday home - with air con throughout - lovingly renovated to a high standard which was in a perfect location for us to explore this part of Puglia. Martina Franca centre is a short drive and it is easy to reach most destinations - we visited Alberobello, Ostuni, Monopoli and Matera as well as spending evenings in Martina Franca. We spent a couple of days by the pool, soaking up the sun and the kids (aged 11 and 14) were more than entertained!

Stunning house!We are a family of 5 just back from a 2 week stay. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is beautiful - so well maintained and spotlessly clean. Of all the properties we have stayed in this is by far the cleanest both inside and out! Anna and her family were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we have no hesitation in recommending this as a holiday destination. We visited Martina Franca, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello and Cisternino - all within easy reach and with beautiful historic centres with winding streets. But we also spent a great deal of time in the house and pool. It really felt like a home from home and we were all sad to leave. The weather was fantastic but the house stayed lovely and cool - we didn’t even need to use the air conditioning all the time. All the facilities are modern and easy to use and we made great use of the outdoor seating areas and BBQ. If I could go back in the morning I would!! Thank you Anna, Giuseppe and Maria!!

Excellent sejour a la Villa Ermione

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette tres belle villa, bien placée pour sillonner la region sans faire trop de kilomètres. La maison est bien équipée, spacieuse et quel bonheur d'avoir fait l'experience de dormir dans un trulli. Nous avons profité également de la belle et grande piscine, toujours a bonne température grace a l'ensoleillement...Des proprietaires extremement attentionnés toujours ouverts au dialogue. Quoi dire de plus???. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!

Een prachtige villa, ingericht met oog voor detail met prachtig uitzicht. Mooi onderhouden tuin met grote stukken grond erbij. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst door eigenaar, fruit en broodjes lagen klaar. (sprak gebrekkig Engels, maar deed erg zijn best) Bedden hadden iets beter gemogen. Prachtig zwembad.

Casa bellissima, pulitissima e fornita di tutto, a mezz’ora d’auto dal mare, a pochi minuti da borghi e città stupende della Valle D’Itria ed immersa in una delle campagne più belle del mondo (non credo di esagerare). Proprietari discreti ma sempre a disposizione in caso di bisogno. Esattamente la vacanza rigenerante che cercavamo.

Séjour très agréable

Nous étions 7 amies à séjourner dans la villa. Nous avons été super bien accueillis et les hôtes nous ont envoyés pleins d’indication avant notre arrivée (restaurant, choses à voir aux alentours,…) La maison était très propre, très spacieuse . L’espace piscine était très sympas. Les petits villages aux alentours sont magnifiques. Nous avons apprécié le séjour et les hôtes.

Prachtige plek, heerlijk huis

Je kan merken dat Anna en Giuseppe met heel veel liefde en precisie het huis hebben gebouwd en onderhouden. Mooie keuken, fijne slaapkamers, heerlijk zwembad. Alles aanwezig voor een hele fijne vakantie. De omgeving is prachtig, mooie dorpjes, leuke strandtenten. Bambu is een aanrader. De strandtenten zijn wel een stuk duurder dan in Nederland vanwege de pacht van het strand. Ze zijn wel een stuk beter verzorgd en hipper dan de meeste strandtenten in Nederland.

Un petit paradis au cœur des Pouilles

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cette charmante demeure avec nos 4 enfants (de 8 à 13ans) au début du mois d’août. Tout était parfait. La maison est spacieuse, la propriété vaste et au calme, la grande piscine et le jardin arboré offre un magnifique terrain de jeux aux enfants. La villa est très bien située pour visiter les villes et villages aux alentours et également aller à la plage. Pour couronner le tout, Anna et Giuseppe nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont chaque répondu rapidement lorsqu’on avait des questions, avant et pendant le voyage. Belle adresse qu’on ne peut que recommander.

Superbe maison

Nous avons été ravis de passer quelques jours dans cette magnifique maison, très bien rénovée et bien équipée. Nous étions 6 adultes et 1 enfant et nous avons été très à l’aise. La piscine est superbe et nous avons pu bien en profiter ! Sans compter la région qui regorge de lieux à visiter. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

tout simplement extraordinaire

une maison (trulli) d'exception !! je vous la recommande chaudement , a l'arrivée un accueil chaleureux , une propreté irréprochable et un petit panier de bienvenu plus que sympathique ! la communication avec Anna , son frère (Guiseppe ) et leur maman (maria) au top ,très réactif au moindre problèmes ( mais je vous rassure aucun problèmes avec la propriété) . la description est très fidèle , la maison est super équipé il ne manque rien . la piscine est incroyable ..... je manque de superlatif pour continué ce texte ! Bref ,allez y sans l'ombre d'une hésitation . si nous retournons dans cette région ( qui est vraiment éblouissante et pleine de surprises pour peu que l'on prenne la peine de la découvrir ) nous retournerons dans la maison d'anna assurément . A surprising lovely find!

We were delighted with our stay in Anna's house. The house had been renovated and exceeded our expectations - it was well equipped, beautifully and classically finished and had amazing views across the valley. The location was ideal for exploring the stunning towns of Puglia, and the pool was fabulous - large, modern and clean (a big tick from my kids.) I would add that Anna couldn't have been more helpful. In summary, we were genuinely very happy and would highly recommend Anna's trullis!

Sejour enchanté dans une très belle villa-trullo dans la magnifique vallee d’Itria

Nous avons séjourné dans cette très belle villa pendant la première semaine d’août. Elle est située dans un véritable havre de paix à 8-10 minutes de la ville de Martina Franca et au milieux des vignes et des uliviers dans une valleee riche en « trulli ». Malgré la chaleur, la maison est fraîche en journée et nous avons pu prendre nos repas dans la jolie terrasse couverte attenante à la cuisine. Vous entendrez juste le coq et les oiseaux chanter le matin et quelques chiens aboyer en soirée. Nous étions deux familles de 3 personnes. Pour nous 6 (2 couples et deux adolescentes) la maison avec ses 3 chambres, la petite salle télé, le grand salon-cuisine et les deux salles de bain était vraiment spacieuse et très confortable. La maison est neuve, les matériaux et finitions raffinés et de grande qualité, le jardin immense et bien soigné et la piscine avec son petit salon et les chaises longues à coté, ravissante! La cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle ce qui nous a permis de cuisiner plein de bons petits plats. Anna, la propriétaire, et sa maman très gentilles et prévenantes, avec beaucoup de conseils sur les activités régionales et locales. Nous avons pu visiter à proximité Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Matera. Nous avons été tous ravis de notre séjour!

We had a lovely weeks holiday here, the approach and pool area are fantastic, and we spent many hours enjoying it! With a huge terrace and inbuilt BBQ we were also able to eat outside every night. The family are also very friendly and helpful, which of course always makes for a nicer experience. You will need a car as it's not easy to walk into town despite it only being 3km away, but 2 beautiful towns are very close by.

Séjour fantastique!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très magnifique propriété. La villa est calme et spacieuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée et la belle piscine. Idéalement située nous avons pu depuis la villa découvrir la région : la vallée d'Itria avec le charme de ses maisons Trullis et ses terres ocres, mais aussi le bord de mer des deux côtés Adriatique et Ionienne. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par les parents des propriétaires charmants et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa idéale pour un séjour en famille (nos filles de 7 ans ont adoré la propriété) et/ou entre amis.

"Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. La piscine, la terrasse et le grand jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers sont très agéables. la maison convient bien pour 8 personnes. De jolis villages à visiter dans les environs. Accueil très sympathique."

The villa is surrounded by a charming Mediterranean garden and a vast land full of trees, offering splendid views of the Itrian Valley, close to the superb city centres of Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino with their well-known festivals, with a magnificent swimming pool, solarium and patio, surrounded by olive trees, superbly located up in the hills but at 30 minutes drive from the great beaches and cliffs in Savelletri, Capitolo and Torre Canne.
