Outside, the fabulous private patio is made for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors, with plenty of space to dine, unwind, and soak up the atmosphere. The stunning bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with soft furnishings and its own modern ensuite bathroom. Please Note: The basement bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and vanity basin with limited headroom. Guests over average height may need to take extra care in this area. A spacious ground floor bathroom with bath and shower provides full head clearance throughout.

During Your Stay

Please treat the property with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.
Strictly no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please be mindful of our neighbours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing before your arrival.


Before You Leave

Wash or load any used dishes into the dishwasher.
Place all rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins.
Turn off lights, heating, and electrical appliances where possible.
Close and lock all windows and doors before departure.
Return the keys to the original location they were picked up from.

Safety

Please report any damage, maintenance issues, or accidental breakages as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
Do not tamper with smoke alarms or other safety equipment.
Ensure the apartment is securely locked whenever you leave.
