House of Emma is a single-storey house consisting of a kitchen/diner with induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, and toaster and basement utility room. Sitting room with Smart TV and a sun room. The bedrooms consist of a queen-size and a double serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. There is an enclosed rear garden with patio, decking, furniture, a summer house and roadside parking available. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. However you decide to spend your days here in Devon, guarantee a memorable getaway with a stay at House of Emma. Note: There is a slope and additional steps leading up to the bungalow, and the garden is also terraced; therefore, it won't be suitable for those with limited mobility or children under 7.

Both Beaumaris and Bangor, which is over the bridge into mainland Wales, are within 10 miles and promise memorable days out with their vast array of amenities, splendid architecture and much to do catering to all tastes. The Snowdonia National Park is also reachable from here and is a paradise for lovers of the outdoors.
