Boasting exposed timber beams, the ground floor comprises of a cosy living area features an open fire place – perfect for those chilly winter evenings. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need to lovingly prepare a hearty meal.
The country style stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom is a super king with an ensuite bathroom whilst the second bedroom is a double room. A family bathroom can also be found on this floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
The sought after coastal town of Aldeburgh is centrally positioned on the Suffolk Heritage Coastline with recreational facilities including sailing, golf, fishing and walking. It also provides a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants, public houses, bakers and an independent cinema. Snape Maltings – the home of the Aldeburgh Music Festival, Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere are also close by.
A great area for a traditional beach holiday or a base for exploring this wonderful part of the Suffolk coastline no matter what the season.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of Aldeburgh. The location is great, literally 10 seconds from the High Street with pubs and restaurants a 30 second walk away.The rooms were a decent size and the property was spotless.Very happy with it.Thanks, Andrew
